UPDATED: MAY 5, 2003 Bottled. Amber colour, little head. Big pleasant grapefruiy, resiny aroma. Dry and extremely clean. The malt flavour is so short and sharp it leaves you with a metallic mouthfeel. Typical APA bitterness.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a hazy, golden with a small, off-white head. Fat aroma of caramel and overripe fruit. Medium body, soft mouthfeel, a little caramel, some accents of overripe fruit and a whiff of peach. Very subdued bitterness. Nice but not really impressive. 170108 fiulijn (20806) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 17, 2008
Cloudy copper color; the head reduces quickly. It has a good hop aroma, with toffee and fruits. The mouthfeel is too dry and the flavor too simple, with dry toffee and quite strong bitterness, some hop oils; the hop is lightly flowery and fruity, but nothing special. Easy. Orangey amber; foresty, earthy, hop-dominated aroma. Chewy crystal malt, slight lemon rind...quite bitter and vaguely medicinal.

Copper brown, small off-white head. Bready, a bit fruity nose. Watery, bready malty. Tickling carbonation. Gives metallic and slightly hoppy aftertaste. Didn’t touch me. bhensonb (15347) - Woodland, California, USA - JAN 23, 2007
Rich citrousy hop aroma. Average golden color with a white head that laces a bit. Starts with a sort of lemon/grapefruit combination, followed by malt balanced by hop. The finish is light citrus hop. Medium mouthfeel which thins upon swishing. Just a bit light for a hophead, but very good. I mean it does not claim to be a NW DIPA.
