Untouchable does justice to the American Pale Ale, enforcing a strict balance of arresting hop flavor and a smooth maltiness that's just undercover.

Rich golden body withnice off-white head. Delicious citrus hoppy aroma, slightly sweet. Flavor is more muted, some hoppiness, a bit of sweetness. Pleassant but a relative disappointment after the wonderful aroma.

Lightly hazed golden ale with a thick creamy off white head. Gusher. Sweet caramel malt with light floral hops, and musty basement. In mouth, sweet malt with notes of oxidation, and light surranated hops, again rather musty, with pinhey quality. Medium bodied. Overall, quite nice if a bit past its prime. Bottle from Piscator, from MLCB. Thanks Kris.

The last bottle I brought back from Hollingshead Deli in Orange, CA! It only took me nearly 3 months to get through all of them. I liked the Prohibition Ale significantly more than this. This seemed like a weaker version of it. Pours a dark gold/amber color with a medium light beige head. Thin lacing and kind of bubbly. There is a pleasantly floral hops aroma. Flavor is somewhat hoppy with a mild malt presence. Body is not very rich and the finish is a little thin. Still, it was very easy to drink.

12 oz bottle-pours a foamy to rocky offwhite head with gold color. Aroma is citrus hops, sweet. Taste is sweet caramel malt, light citrus hops. Overall mild beer that the hops dont quite balance with the malt. Light mouthfeel. OK carbonation.

12oz bottle shared courtesy of TomDecapolis. Opened to a loud pop proceeded by a light gush of beer over my bar. Poured a medium golden color with a large sized white head. some floaters. Aromas of lemons and other citrus fruits with caramel. Tastes of pretty much the same. I had a harder time picking out the tastes as the fizzy body detracted from them. Did I say this had a fizz body?

Crystal clear, golden ale with a small, creamy, white head. Excellent retention with weeping lacework. The aroma is of honey, black pepper, grapefruit and toffee. The flavor is lightly malty and moderately hopped with notes of toffee, honey and pink grapefruit. Medium-bodied with a silky mouthfeel and medium-carbonation. Lengthy, bitter, grassy finish.
