Introducing the Hawaiian Style Pale Ale Aloha from Hawaii! As the name suggests, this bold, hoppy West Coast pale ale is brewed Hawaiian stylewith pineapple. We stopped at nothing to create this perfectly "imbalanced" and supremely delicious pale ale. The Hawaiian Style Pale Ale is naturally carbonated, unfiltered and dry-hopped to provide a delicate carbonation and complex flavour and bouquet. Hints of caramel, honey and biscuit give way to notes of fresh citrus, zest and pine and a refreshingly tropical finish. Serving Suggestion The Hawaiian Style Pale Ale should be served cool (5-10C) from a tulip style glass. Food Pairings Hawaiian Style Pale Ales citrusy, fresh character makes it a versatile beer for food pairings. Enjoy a glass with spicy Indian and South-East Asian dishes. Pair with hearty pub fare and allow its zesty hoppiness to refresh your palate. Indulge in rich, creamy cheeses, some decadent chocolate or a thick slice of cheesecake to bring out the beers caramel and tropical sweetness. On its own it is dry, refreshing and perfectly quenching. Ingredients Malts: Pale Malt, Caramel 10, Caramel 45, Light Munich, Caramel Malt-Pils Hops: Cascade, Centennial, Northern Brewer Yeast: California Ale Additional: pineapple juice Water: pure water

Pours a very thick frothy and bubbly head that stays for a while and dissipates to a thin layer. Has a pretty cloudy golden amber appearance. Good lacing. Very strong floral and citrus hop aromas, of the cascade variety. Flavours are mainly citrus hops with lots of tangy orange and mild mango. Also a fair amount of floral hops and a bit of light spices. For a beer brewed with pineapple juice, it is very well blended as to being slightly faint. Notes of malted barley, pine, and toasty malts. Slight tingling and warming sensation. Medium bodied, dry hopped. Really good and has a nice bitterness to it.

Keg at Ottawa Winter Brewfest. Disclaimer: This event used plastic cups, which may have prevented my ability to fully appreciate this beer. Hazy dark amber, mid sized head. Cardboardy nose. Mid sweet with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Cardboard and... wet paper. Metallic finish. Eh.

At a tasting, thanks, small stable bubbly head, hazy orange color with yellow taints, aroma of fruit Popsicle and some citrus, flavor of melon with some herbal bitterness and a hint of soapiness. Nice and easy but not too complex.

Bottle sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks troubles. Hazy golden. Aroma of slightly stale citric hops. Flavor has a bit of sweetish malt, and bitter citric hops, a bit stale. Medium-bodied.

355ml bottle. Golden orange in colour with a good sized and long lasting white head, good lacing. Aroma is of light pineapple, lemons, some grains. The flavour is earthy, floral, light fruits and citrus. Lightly bitter mouthfeel, medium/light body, medium carbonation. Finishes lightly bitter, some hop. Just ok in my books, seems a bit fake.

0.5 draft. Delicately hazy, light brown color abd a small, off-white head. Aroma of hops, pines, flowers. Taste is rather hoppy, floral, a tad bready too. Medium body, slick texture, and a soft carbonation. Finish is sweeter, more balanced, seems more consummate. Overall not a bad beer but it did not strike me as particularly awesome.

Densit moyenne. Du sucre plus que ncessaire. Got mielleux mais tout de mme rafrachissant. Amertume moyenne, Bire peu intressante.

Bottled. Nice beer! I dont get why they had to add pineapple, as Ive had other IPAs that are way more fruity than this. It has a mellow aroma but a sparkle of flavors. Not too full, but the finish grows on you!

Smells malty and fruity but the flavour is much more robust, with juicy citrus and pineapple most pronounced. Bitter and summery at the same time. Nice.

Dark, brown, thick foamy head. Smells like pineapples and dry cascade hops but not too obviously fruity or bitter. The taste is bitter at first followed by citrus and then pineapple sweetness. A sessionable dark ale, easy to appreciate and enjoy.
