On tap at Local Landsdowne. Pour is....I don’t remember. Jet black, I’m guessing. (Why do I never take pouring notes, only aroma/taste notes?)
Nose is wheat and citrus, faint yeast, pine. Taste is surprisingly not wheaty. Finish is long and bitter and piney - clearly the best part of this beer, but not enough to make it great. BeckyPez86 (11) - - APR 13, 2015
Honey gold colour with a foamy white head. Good lacing. Aroma of fruits (mango, pineapple, orange and banana), yeasty and hoppy spice notes. Taste was a bit sweet with a bit of bitter. Lingering creamy finish. Randy4Beer (513) - - MAR 8, 2015
A mild, fairly forgettable wheat beer, with an interesting bitter finish that almost, but doesnt quite, save it from the heap of also-rans. probstblueribbon (3791) - Nepean, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 20, 2014
14 oz glass at Local. Hazy golden, fluffy white head. Funky, citrus hops, tropical fruits, resin, sort of wheat/yeast notes, both nose and mouth. Lighter body, moderate carbonation. Pretty good. mabel (9246) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 15, 2014
[6335-20140523] Tap. Sweet fruity mango aroma. Murky, light tan body with a quick foamy white head. Bitter yeasty mango fruit flavour. Medium body. Weird. (7-/2/6+/3/13) 3.1

On tap at sawdust city. Hazy golden pour with a small white head. Lovely aroma, mango, citrus, and some slight herbal notes. Solid mouth feel, good carb. The finish is lightly bitter, crisp, and very refreshing. The mango really comes through in the end with a lively herbal, citrusy final note. Helsdon (390) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 4, 2014
Honest? I was getting pretty drunk by this one, but that’s the way it goes at the Ratebeer Toronto East vs. West Beerratic event at the Only. But maybe this beer benefitted from it’s brethren messing up my blood, and hurtin’ my liver. Who knows? Not me. It’s a wit beer that looks, well like a wit, blonde with haze, with one finger of dense white cap. The nose is wheat malts, some cilantro and some cardamom. Similar taste lighter wheaty malt, cilantro and cardamom. I say it’s ok-ish. And you should know, since this is from notes, I apparently speak drunk Helsdon. Convenient.
I’ll revisit this one at some point and give evaluate it a little earlier in the evening. KansaiBeerLvrs (5153) - Kyoto, JAPAN - AUG 18, 2014
On tap at the Ottawa beerfest. On tap at the Ottawa beerfest, it pours a light opaque straw gold. The nose is earthy, mildly spicy with soft herbal hop notes. Soft bodied with a round carbonation. The taste is mildly bitter, light cloves, bready wheat, with a lightly hoppy green bitter finish. A clean hoppy weizen. bunget (986) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 17, 2014
On tap at the National Capital Craft Beer Festival in Ottawa. Hazy golden body, small white head, good retention. Aroma of stalled water and chloride, lots of herb, coriander. Taste is strongly yeasty with lots of herbs, grapefruit zest, orange. Interesting. Spab (3846) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 13, 2014
On tap at the Loose Moose. Pours a cloudy golden colour with average-sized white head with decent lacing. Aroma is lots of coriander, grains, citrus and light grass. Flavour is fruit, coriander, grain and some citrusy and grassy hoppiness. Dry finish. Nice.
