Bottled. A deep red beer with an orangey head. The aroma has strong notes of raspberries as well as some notes of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and some raspberries, leading to a dry alcoholic finish. Thanks fonefan for sharing. MiP (16054) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - OCT 21, 2009
Bottle, 7.1%. Fruity aroma, a little bubble gum, but not bad. Cloudy red and brown colour. Small head. The flavour is dry and fruity with a little burning alcohol in the finish. Seems a bit perfumy, but not necessarily artificial. Papsoe (25054) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - OCT 21, 2009
Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Comes as "Kerkom Speciaal Ka(ta)rakter brouwsel Bink Bloesem" as a 130 year jubilee beer for Kerkom - and clearly credited to this brewery. Clear deep amber with a thick beige head. Fruity and very perfumy nose. Medium body, very perfumy and berry-like, also yeasty and phenollic. Astringent and dry finish. 211009 sayravai (4711) - Helsinki, FINLAND - AUG 22, 2009
(Bottled) Hazy, darkish amber with a small but firm, tanned head. Lots of berries and some flowers in the aroma, with some acidic raspberry seeds. Flavor is moderately acidic with berries, and some floweriness. Alcohol well hidden. Medium body with soft carbonation. Basically not the type of beer I would like (as it’s acidic with raspberry stones) - but there’s also certain floweriness that feels nice. Bloekie (210) - BELGIUM - JUN 1, 2009
From bottle. Nice brown/orange colour with a quickly disappearing head. You can find the honey and pearsyrup in the aroma. The flavor is also very fruity with a hint of bitterness. Very nice springbeer.

Bottle. The aroma is light fruity, flowery, a rather light aroma. The head is large, creamy and beige with a long duration. The body is dark red. The taste is rather like a fruit lemonade, some berries. Not much honey in there. The body is dry and light creamy with a normal carbonation and a bitter finish. A rather unusual beer. thewolf (12932) - Kolding, DENMARK - APR 16, 2009

Pours brownish amber with a large, fizzy, beige head. Aroma has sweet sugars, fruit, strawberries, caramel and some honey. Medium carbonation, rather dry mouthfeel. Flavour is fruity and not too sweet. There are notes of black currants, dry herbal notes - presumably flowers - and a fine underlying honey sweetness. Long, lingering, vinious aftertaste. A bit on the weird and unbalanced side, but it is still nicely drinkable.
weinig aroma met een chemische fruitsmaak die lichtzurig uitvalt. Ook zeer weinig nasmaak bonfunck (149) - Waasmunster, BELGIUM - FEB 21, 2009
33cl bottle from hopduvel, fruity with a light sweet tone, complex taste no so good DruncanVeasey (8401) - Nr NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - JAN 14, 2009
Oh dear. Aroma a sweet medicinal onslaught of lollipop fruit, caramelised sugar and cough linctus. Flavour neat Benelin, honey bitterness, nasty artificial sweetener and fake fruit notes. Cherry red with a fine collapsing beige head. My god this is appalling, and my first Belgian drainpour I think. Except Maes ’Nature’, but that hardly counts. I’d rather drink a crate of Cara Pils than another bottle of this. Astonishing.
