Bottled. A red-brown beer with a thin tan head. The aroma is sweet malty combined with notes of caramel and yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, yeast, and spices, as well as a very light acidic edge. Thanks fonefan for sharing.

Dark amber color; small head.It has a very light aroma. The mouthfeel is quite round, due to the residual sweetness; it has a good caramel flavor and a sweet wood touch, also enough bitterness; there may be something more, I can’t tell if it’s a spice or what. The sweetness makes it pleasant to drink.

Bottle, thx to fonefan. An almost clear, amber beer with a beige head. Caramel-sweetish nose with a herbal touch. The flavor is much the same, caramel-sweet and herbal, with some spices as well. Full-bodied, with a sweet and herbal finish. A quite boring beer, but sure drinkable. Maybe some of the yeast in the bottom should have been poured into the glass to give some more flavor. (080823)

[thank you, papsoe]
Pours redish brown with a great, creamy, cappucino head on top. Aroma is initially a bit sharpish, light berries , pepper and other spices. Medium mouthfeel, okay carbonation. Flavour is soft and spicy with yeast dominating and a slight chocolate note peeping through at the end.
