(from 75cL bottle @ Camping RateBeers. Thanks for sharing, RateBeer crew!)
Bottle. Pours clear golden with a small creamy white film head. Aroma has clear Brett, malts, apple, hay. Medium carbonation, fine dry and light creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has apple, mild funk, malty sweetness. Alengrin (5262) - BELGIUM - OCT 13, 2014
One of the four ’yeast beers’, again a series of "Limited Beer Collection" for Delhaize, 8000 bottles of 75 cl each. This one is refermented with Brettanomyces and could be regarded as a forerunner to the Brett series they had made this year. Stable, off-white, sticky head, pure golden blond colour with equal haze. Pretty complex nose of banana, vanilla, leather, sherry, field flowers, hay, limoncello, musterd seed, sour cream, dried mushrooms. Dry fruity taste, some apple and apricot, minerally, cookie- and toast-like, a tad honeyish, touches of leather and hay because of the Brett but in a (too) subtle way, finish assertively hop bitter, long and grapefruity, along with some warm but not disturbing alcohol. I had expected something more out of the ordinary I suppose, but still enjoyed it. MrHangover (4442) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - OCT 11, 2014
Bottle. Pours a clear golden beer with a big white head on top. Aroma is very yeasty, uninteresting and light Bretty. Flavor is boring, very uninteresting, even worse than the rest of this series. Best steer clear of these beers. Swaroga (2213) - Warszawa, POLAND - OCT 4, 2014
It’s a bit too delicate when it comes to yeast game. It has the same caramel character then the other beers from this series only less foam. The beer is strongly carbonated and reminds more of a Saison. There is almost no acidity.

Small sample from bottle at Camping Ratebeer ’14. Pours hazy yellow/orange with a medium white head. Aroma is slightly bretty and yeasty. Taste is quite sweet wit some spices. Medium body and carbo. EddyBeer1 (1058) - Brussels, BELGIUM - SEP 19, 2014
Blonde dorée claire, effervescence moyenne, col blanc crémeux. Principalement maltée carapils, légèrement fruitée avec une petite acidité, bonne petite amertume, les brett apportent un petit quelque chose en plus par rapport aux trois autres... Borup (14342) - Albertslund, DENMARK - SEP 14, 2014
75 cl. bottle. Clear yellow colour with an off-white head. Aroma and flavour of malt, hops, fruit, yeast and brett. DennisKirk (264) - DENMARK - SEP 13, 2014
Prøve hos Borup, virker frisk i duften, men også lidt sur, smagen er frisk med sur bismag og let bitterhed i eftersmagen, der er lang eftersmag, dejlig konsistens. Countbeer (6592) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - AUG 24, 2014
Bottle: Served in a Chouffe glass:
Medium sized creamy head with a hazy orange body.
Aromas of glue, straw, light brett, light fruit, some flowers and light horse and stone tints.
Flavours of bitters, green herbs, some yeast/brett, light fruity, herbs, some peach, light wood and malts.
Aftertaste is a mix of some dey bitters, fruity brett and some flowers.
Low carbo, light watery mouthfeel, medium bodied and a light watery light dry texture.
Aroma starts bad (glue, etc.) but after a while more fruit, flowers and some brett comes through. Flavour is pretty strong bitter. Not bad, but expected more of this!
