50 cl Bottle purchased at (Swedish) government owned
Light yellow color and a white head. Malty scent and taste, an ok lager for clenching your thirst, but nothing I’d drink for good taste.
50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a huge white head. Aroma is dry grassy hoppy. Dry grassy and vague cardboardish malty flavoured. Bitter and dry finish. Simple. Nisse666 (8153) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - AUG 12, 2011

Bottle. The colour is pale yellow; the thin white foam is made of big bubbles.ekstedt (7005) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JUL 13, 2007
The weak smell is kind of sweet with a hint of dust.
The carbonation is medium with refreshing small bubbles.
The taste is somewhat sweet and soft; the body is rather mild with some anonymous malt. It develops into a slightly bitter aftertaste. The aftertaste is a bit dry-bitter with some notes of white bread and a short, simple bitterness.
Yet another unexciting pale lager…
A note about the name: “Grängesbergs Bryggerier” was renamed to “Spendrups Bryggerier” in 1983, when the Spendrups family bought the brewery. This is a beer in the Swedish retro-trend, started by Spendrups a few years back with the unexpected success of “Mariestads”.
Bottle, 50 cl. Pale clear golden, small to medium white head. Clean and neutral bready malt aroma, some faint herbal hop notes. Light to medium bodied, a bit spritzy mouthfeel. Good balance with moderate bitterness.

Sweet, some apples in aroma, mild buttery notes. Flavor has sweetness, apples, malts. Light bodied. OleR (4801) - Oslo, NORWAY - AUG 29, 2008
500 ml bottle. Golden colored. Medium white head leaving fine laces. Clean malt aroma. Notes of apples and hayish hops. Taste is light sweet malty and light bitter. Quite crisp with some sourness underneath. Body is light plus. Short malty and bitterish ending. A decent one. larsga (7675) - Oslo, NORWAY - NOV 1, 2008
Big offwhite head doesn’t last. Deep yellow body. Oily malty aroma. Dry-sweetish grainy oily malty taste with grassy umami notes. Mid-bodied, slightly slick mouthfeel. Dry grassy umami aftertaste. Kind of decent, I guess. (0.5l bottle, Systembolaget, Charlottenberg.)
