2.9
sayravai (4710) - Helsinki, FINLAND - DEC 2, 2004
(Bottled) Clear, dark amber color with medium, tanned head. Dry and slightly burned-malty aroma with rye bread and cookies. Malty, ashy flavor with some dark-toffeeish caramel. Even some licorice notes when warmer. Quickly fading, smooth finish. Very easily drinkable. Medium-bodied, slightly sugary and carbonated palate. Not that bad for the style, and probably accompanies a christmas dinner just fine. Clearly better than the Finnish vienna-style bulk christmas brews.

stouby (4674) - Holbæk, DENMARK - DEC 7, 2005
Bottle, at home. Redbrown with a small head. Aroma moderate malty and hoppy (caramel). Flavor moderate sweet and light bitter. Light to medium body, soft carbonated. Not that much Christmas in this beer either!

2.8
Geiserich (4532) - Linz, AUSTRIA - OCT 31, 2005
Canned:
Malty aroma, pronounced malt roastiness. Light brown, thick head. Chestnut brown color. Flavor is malty, few sweet with roasted malt notes. Light caramel and dark chocolate flavor. Dry, light to medium bitter finish.

2.9

redish brown color with a tan foam. Roasted and malty notes. Medium body with a metallic, wet cardboard finish with some bitterness.

3.1
rickgordon (3878) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - DEC 12, 2004
Bottled. Dark ruby brown. Caramelly nose, with tones of anise. Flavour is, just like the 3,5 version, quite nice and tasty with notes of salmiak(ammonium chloride). Long flavour.

2.6
mzaar (3495) - Varberg, SWEDEN - DEC 29, 2010
Tja, vad ska man säga? Ger mig inte in på vad den doftar eller smakar, mer än att den smakade ok och doftade ok och det får räcka. Ett helt ok julöl, men inte mer, så kan man sammanfatta detta öl.

2.6
Capa (3325) - Kitsap, Washington, USA - DEC 20, 2007
Clear brown in color. Slightly sour, malty, caramel, and some chocolate. Finish is slightly bitter and cocoa. Thin body. Pretty boring but it is easy to drink.

hirigalzkar (3203) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - DEC 25, 2009
Can. Didn’t like this one. Strange mix of hops and spices with a bad chemcial touch.

1.7
Marsiblursi (3076) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - NOV 18, 2006
(Canned) Pours dark red. Round aroma, hints of roasted malt. A bit buttery. Metallic flavour, cardboard. Sour notes. Hints of pepper. Hoppy notes and a small bitterness. Small to medium body.
