Dark brown color, caramel and spice in the nose. Slightly sour, caramel, milk chocolate in the mouth. Caramel raisin finish. This would be better if it just wasn’t so sour. OleR (4804) - Oslo, NORWAY - DEC 27, 2008
Canned. A big airy, lightly tanned head upon a clear brownish red colored body. Clean, nutty caramel aroma with sugary notes. Sweet , burned sugary malt flavor. Not sticky, quite crisp actually. But there is almost no bitterness to deal with it, only a touch of acidulous fruits. Well-bodied. Slick mouthfeel. Sweet finish. SaintMatty (7300) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - DEC 10, 2010
500ml Can - Copper/red with a foamy head. Malty, fruity and slightly sweet aroma with caramel and dried fruit detected. Fruity and malty taste with raisins, caramel and marzipan. The finish is fruity, malty, sweet and moderately bitter. KansaiBeerLvrs (5099) - Kyoto, JAPAN - JAN 29, 2016
Can from IKEA rated from notes. As a winter beer the lack of spicing was a bit disappointing but as a Vienna Lager it was alright, plus the price was cheap.

Malty aroma, pronounced malt roastiness. Light brown, thick head. Chestnut brown color. Flavor is malty, few sweet with roasted malt notes. Light caramel and dark chocolate flavor. Dry, light to medium bitter finish.
Bottle, at home.
Redbrown with a small head. Aroma moderate malty and hoppy (caramel). Flavor moderate sweet and light bitter. Light to medium body, soft carbonated. Not that much Christmas in this beer either! larsniclas (7040) - Billdal, SWEDEN - NOV 17, 2006
Dark amber. Small, short head.
Some chocolate and toffee in the aroma.
Also present in flavour with licorice added. Not bad. Gr0ve (2177) - Oslo, NORWAY - DEC 22, 2006
500 ml can. Dark reddish brown colour with a tall fluffy off-white head. Crystal clear and the head clings to the glass. Clean aroma with a hint of münchenermalts. Quite dry with just a hint of dark malts. A little drying bitterness in the finish. Well-balanced and clean, but boring. Rune (12612) - Tromsø, NORWAY - DEC 28, 2006
Some beers and food at a late lunch gathering with Finn and Catweazle during Die Stadezeit. A 330ml bottle of this Swedish yule beer came first and stood forth in a clear, red-brown coloured body with a moderate brownish head. Malty aroma with notes of plums. Balanced flavour of roasted grain with taste of dry bitterness in the ending. Rounded mouthfeel (28.12.2006).
