YogiBeera (2569) - New Jersey, USA - JAN 3, 2003
Malt and barn like nose, pleasant. Golden with a little layer head. Lively carbonation. Nice refreshing beer. Bronstein (175) - Göttingen, GERMANY - DEC 12, 2002
Pale yellow color, creamy head, Starts fine spicy, gets then drier, finishes with a bitter tickle. A Pilsener that I like. SilkTork (5807) - Southampton, United Kingdom, Hampshire, ENGLAND - DEC 12, 2002
Tastes like old gold - funny enough. Crude bitter hops on top of an otherwise standard lager. Mads Langtved (2243) - Copenhagen K, DENMARK - SEP 1, 2002
Nice botttle. The beer reminds me of a regular Danish "Guldøl" like Carlsberg Sort Guld and "Den Gyldne Dame" from Tuborg.
This beer is just more expensive. Hildigöltur (5103) - København, DENMARK - AUG 25, 2002
A hoppy and rather bitter beer. The appearance of the beer is quite bad, but the bottle is cool.
Kåstå (1272) - Mol, BELGIUM - JUL 10, 2002
Very blond; big head dissapearing quickly; big bubbles. I can only get hop in the aroma. Slightly bitter all the way with a staying harshness in your mouth. Nuffield (4189) - Roseville, Minnesota, USA - JUL 8, 2002
Despite looking like a bad beer and smelling like a bad beer, the taste here makes it a deserving effort. Sharp hoppiness, reminiscent of a much finer beer, only ruined at the end by an unbalanced bitterness. I don't see what is so cool about the bottle--it makes it look like a Sasparilla Root Beer or something from a South Dakota fake 'Western Saloon'. pilsnerrogge (2987) - Finspång, SWEDEN - JUN 21, 2002
Quite bitter but way too watery............................................ karsten (240) - odense, DENMARK - MAY 29, 2002
Cool looking bottle. Medium bitterness...................................... malbert (105) - odense, DENMARK - APR 20, 2002
despite the smell of petrol there is nothing to say about this beer.........
