Brutal Brewing has brought me a first, craft beer in a plastic bottle! It is ridiculously light & seems hard to break so it’d be perfect for a traveller like me wanting to bring beers home. A low price of maybe 15SEK(250 yen) leads me to suspect I may be underwhelmed as does the fact it is a lager but it’s made using cascade & Amarillo so shouldn’t be so bad... A decent orange gold with a light beige head. The aroma is light citrus & biscuit notes with maybe a touch of funk. The taste is pretty good, nice silky mouthfeel, citrus, biscuit & a dry slightly astringent finish. ekstedt (6773) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - OCT 22, 2011
Bottle (plastic 33 cl) from Systembolaget. I am very excited about trying this...not. Anyway, it pours a nice clear amber colour with a creamy off-white head. Grainy and slightly caramelly malt aroma with some mild citrusy hop notes. Light to medium bodied, medium carbonation. Semi dry with medium bitterness. A decent premium/modern lager which deserves a more serious packaging. oh6gdx (26488) - Vasa, FINLAND - NOV 4, 2011
Plastic bottle (thanks mom & dad). Reddish amber colour, small white head. Aroma is grassy and floral hops with some sweet malts. Flavour is fruity, bitter, floral and also quite malty. Pleasant balance. Aroma a bit weak, but otherwise I would say "more? yes please" BeerSkull (1373) - SWEDEN - NOV 7, 2011
UPDATED: APR 11, 2012 Slightly sour smell of grainy malt, metal, toffee / caramel and hops. The taste is quite fresh with light shades of hops and malt with a vague caramel tone. The malt sweetness go together well with the hop bitterness. Would have liked more hops in the taste but to be a beer brewed by Spendrups is actually alright!

Fun label and design. This is usually, unfortunately, indicative of a poor content, but not in this case. The beer is powerful and a little creamy. Good beer at a good price. larsga (7539) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUN 28, 2013
Medium offwhite head. Clear brown body with light carbonation.
Light earthy wooden caramelly aroma with perfumy cocos notes.
Dry-sweet caramelly earthy taste with spicy notes. Mid-to-thin
body. Mild, soft, smooth mouthfeel. Dryish spicy caramelly
aftertaste with wooden nutty notes. Quite nice, but a little
dull. (0.33l PET bottle, Systembolaget Nordstan, Göteborg.) yespr (45443) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - NOV 14, 2011

Clear copper color, medium off-white head. Malty, grainy, somewhat fruity scent. Malty, mineral, some hops, a bit fruity, though also rather weak taste. Medium mouthfeel, fairly low bitterness. Slight bit hoppy aftertaste.
You got to see this bottle. Serious, coolest bottle I’ve seen in a while. I’m keeping mine to look at when I’m depressed. Friend brot it back for me from ol’ sweed, sweet! Beer is darker orange browner thing in color, does not look like yer typical lager. Smell, is what else, yep, a little sweet. Taste is interesting mix of co2, fairly refershing liquid and off malt taste. Comes across quite fresh. Some very mild peppery thing in there. Enjoyable beer drinen experience. Would like to have a six pack of these. Finish does have some medium lingering medicine in it. Probably one of the better viennas I had.
