COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

500ml Bottle - Golden, and fairly clear for a hefeweizen, with a white head. Banana, lemon and a hint of spice in the aroma. Yoghurt, wheat, banana and some faint metallic hints in the taste. Not bad, but a bit rough in places.

Geruch hefig, fruchtig, bananig. Geschmack hefig, bananig fruchtig, minimal würzig.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours golden in color with a whitish head. Light wheaty sour notes along with more sweeter fruity notes in aroma. Perhaps some clove and notes of ripe garden fruityness later on. Wheaty doughy notes and dry fruityness in taste. A bit of sweetness and light tartness in aftertaste. Quite refreshing too.

It’s unclear dark golden with a huge head. The aroma has notes of yeast, fruits, flower and wheat. The sweet flavor has notes of yeast, fruit, a touch of banana when a bit warmer, wheat and the finish is spicy - nice and well balanced...
