Pale straw with thick billowing head. Minty, herbal hop aroma. Fresh tasting hop with just a hint of malt on the palate. Mild bitterness but deliciously minty, herbal hop. Light candyish pale malts don’t improve the beer, but it’s not bad. Beershine (5253) - VANCOUVER, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 19, 2009
Draft @ brewery. Pale straw yellow. Looming large foamy head and lasting lace. Big herbal hop aroma, with inviting fresh malt background. Soft palate, gentle carbonation. Tastes sweeter than it smells. The sweet grain enters first but the floral hops follow. Quite nice fresh hop. pivnizub (10809) - Bochum, Porř, GERMANY - JAN 5, 2008
Bottle (purchased at the Brauerei): Straw golden coloured, slowly diminishing white foamy head, distinctive sweet malty, a bit grainy nose with waves of aromatic herbal hops; distinctive sweet-bitter flavour over a delicate malty base; shorter pale-malty and hoppy finish. A good one......... MoritzF (10095) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - OCT 29, 2007
(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big, blond foamy head. Citrousy and herbal hoppy nose with a light malty sweetness. Light bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a medium carbonation. Malty, slightly herbal taste; dry and bitter finish. fly (1487) - austin, Tejas, Texas, USA - AUG 13, 2003
Very floral aroma with light German style hops. I do like the Czech style by far, but this sure is a good one for a hot day. Easy, plain and refreshing.
