On tap at the brewery on parade day. Looked great in a conical glass - rich pale golden with a huge white head; aroma of white grape and freshly mown grass; some prickly passion fruit hop character and sweet butterscotch malt but staying crisp and supremely drinkable. Down the hatch in all of two minutes, great stuff

Day 1 Bamberg Jolly 24/1/14. Tap at Sperber in Sulzbach-Rosenberg. Aroma is really nice lemon and floral hop. Crystal clear yellow straw coloured pour with a light frothy white head. Flavour is clean crisp malt and nice floral fresh hop character in the finish. Some small lemon in the finish. Clean ferment. Uber drinkable. Could pound this happily. Great stuff.

Quack-Duck (9484) - Down South, GERMANY - FEB 23, 2013
bottle from mein-biershop.de. Clear pale yellow, mid-sized, creamy white head. Aroma of resiny hops and a shy touch of mouldy cheese in the very far background. Light and elegant malty background with loads of good, aromatic hops with a superb hop profile and character, resiny, grassy, very, very aromatic. A very nice example of the style, intensive and fragrant.

Draft @ brewery. Pale straw yellow. Looming large foamy head and lasting lace. Big herbal hop aroma, with inviting fresh malt background. Soft palate, gentle carbonation. Tastes sweeter than it smells. The sweet grain enters first but the floral hops follow. Quite nice fresh hop.

500 ml bottle. From mein-biershop.de.
Clear pale golden colour with small white head. Dry aroma with mild grassy hops, grainy malt and some balancing sweetness. Flavour is fruity hoppy with lots of grainy maltiness. Some fruity sweetness. Surprisingly fruity for a German Pilsener. Balanced and enjoyable.
