bottle, which i jotted down as "zoiglpils", picked up at the brewery. pleasant light golden, loads of chewy, musy grass in the aroma, plenty of passionfruit skin , weis bars and loads more tang leaving a tingly sensation in the mouth. a good example of why zoigl bier is so exciting

Erzengel (9779) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - JAN 15, 2017

Bottle 50 cl. Pours pale golden in color with a small whitish head. Fruity notes, light notes of grains, even some sour citric notes in aroma. Bready notes and some fruityness in taste. Light bitterness appears later on as well. Lemonbreadyness and grassy hay bitterness in aftertaste. Refreshing for sure.
