One year old growler at feetsball with Paul. Pours a hazed black with a medium sized tan beige head. Big malt, a bit of roast, cocoa, chocolate, dusty old hops under caramel. Chocolate, cocoa, roast, caramel. Super smooth but still big and a touch of warming alcohol comes through. Warm and roasty, chocolate and cocoa. Tasty, but certainly big. Big chocolate brownie. jredmond (8648) - New York, New York, USA - NOV 3, 2013
UPDATED: NOV 8, 2013 Bottle courtesy of Paul. Aged a year. Pours deep black body with thin brown lacing. Aroma is light cocoa, malt, roast and sharpie. Mouthfeel is medium; this tastes like a hop brownie. Nice. zdk (1917) - New York, New York, USA - NOV 21, 2012
tap at spider bite 1st anniversary Tap & Barrel - beautiful black pour. Nose is thick pine forest. Black strap molasses, toasted molts and smokey notes, caramel and floral hops with a bitter finish. Pretty good balance & but boozey finish.
