4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at Bling Tiger. The aroma is nice: caramel, pine, citrus, earthy. The appearance is a nice orange/red., white head. The flavor is just like the aroma, no surprise, just nicely done. The finish is a plethora of hops, citrus, pine. Medium/thick in body. Great representration of the style.
On tao at Aj’s. Pale orange in color with thin head and lace. Great aroma of citrus and pine hops. Taste of grapefruit and pine and very smooth without harsh bite at the end. enjoyable. italarican (1550) - Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 23, 2012
Much thanks to Paul for dedicating this beer to my farewell party at Blind Tiger. A fitting rating #1,000! Pours a reddish orange. Nice juicy and tropical nose of grapefruit and mango. Some wheaty backbone too. Flavor is a great blend of citrus notes and flowers. Lots of orange juice and grapefruit and a touch of mango, Moderately soft sting of hops but a nice, long gentile rush of hops. Who knows because I’m biased of course, but this is awesome! Too bad it’s in reference to a jerk. zdk (1917) - New York, New York, USA - AUG 23, 2012
On tap at the Farewell to Legs event at BT: I find most imperial IPAs on the heavy side, but even at 9%, this beer was just a good, well balanced IPA. Dirty orange pour, Packed with fruit and spicy hops. Sweet and light caramel up front fading into a dry, pleasant finish. Alcohol is imperceptible and sneaks up on you after a few glasses! j12601 (11943) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - AUG 22, 2012
On tap at Blind Tiger during Anthony’s going away shindig. Pours a hazed amber with ruby tinges under a large creamy beige white head. Big chewy tropical fruit on the nose, dripping with mango and papaya, some light bready notes. Medium bodied, spicy hops, sweet fruit and caramel malt. Warming alcohol, a nice amount of caramel and malt, sweet tropical fruit. Long warm finish with juicy tropical fruit, chewy yeast. Smooth and tasty. Nice works boys.

Had at Blind tiger with jredmond, spider amd the crew. Very fresh and had a nice solid amber color. Can easily smell the hops and finished with a refreshing taste. jredmond (8285) - New York, New York, USA - AUG 21, 2012
UPDATED: AUG 23, 2012 Draft at blind tiger with streets and the whole RB crew for Anthony’s Canadian send off. Pours a deep hazy amber orange body with lots of beautiful lacing. Aroma is fresh simcoe hops, bursts of citrus, light funk and faint pine. Mouthfeel is super refreshing with notes of dank citrus, light pine, tropical fruits and an earthy funkiness. Awesome IPA from one of the up and coming brewers to keep an eye on.
