COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Savor this refreshing glass of complexity. Dark & Dry’s assertive tartness is pleasingly balanced by a hint of molasses and brown sugar. More rounded and intricate than its sister ciders, this potion will appeal to beer aficionados, wine devotees, and cider enthusiasts alike.

Draught at Mckay’s Taphouse, Bellingham
Dark amber color, with creamy head. Never had a dark cider like this before; it has a moderate aroma of red apples, and very light hazelnuts; sweetish flavor, with nice flavor of red apple juice.
More fruit juice than cider.

brokensail (16440) - Dublin, California, USA - JUN 24, 2013
Amber, maybe cola colored pour. Sweet caramel, some apple, spices, and brown sugar. Maybe a bit of a cola note to it. The flavor is sweet, but not cloying. Cola, brown sugar, apple, and a subtle spice.

bhensonb (15095) - Woodland, California, USA - JUN 30, 2010
Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours dark amber with a ruddy tinge and a foamy beige/tan head. It really smells apple. Like lightly cooked red skinned fruit. Medium body with mild carbonation. It starts sweet and quickly turns quite tart. There are hints of treacle. Finishes pretty well balanced - sweet then dry/tart. A really good cider for an ale drinker.

Drake (13654) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - FEB 16, 2011
Bomber from Total Wine West Richmond, VA. Pours a clear dark reddish brown color wit a thin head that sticks around awhile. Aroma of bright sweet apples, a nutty note and molasses. The taste is sweet apples with a malty finish. The sugar and molasses are there but don’t show much character. Medium bodied. Good cider.

jcwattsrugger (12418) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - FEB 2, 2013

slowrunner77 (11930) - Reno, Nevada, USA - SEP 22, 2014
"Dark and dry it is. This amber cider feels and tasted heavier, with an extra mustiness than runs counter to the dry finish and makes this a pretty interesting cider. "
