I had a hard time enjoying this one, it looked good, the labeling was great I like the outer beer bottle look, but it was really weak on pear taste. On a hot day I want to have that pear taste in a strong way, crisp, cold, & blow my socks off pear taste. This just didn’t do it. Aggiebob (1174) - Huntsville, Alabama, USA - FEB 25, 2017
UPDATED: MAR 5, 2017 Bottle. Clear golden color poured with a thin white head. Pear aroma and taste. It is clean and lightly sweet. Very nice. RSRIZZO (2000) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - SEP 10, 2016
12oz bottle (courtesy of Headbanger) poured into a Flute at 47°. Color is a very light, bright gold with good carbonation and a thin soda like head. Aroma is white wine and pear. Body is very light, giving it a crisp mouth feel. Flavor is like a sparkling sweet pear wine with just a hint of bitterness in the back to give it a slightly dry finish. Overall it’s very tasty and refreshing. poisoneddwarf (2567) - Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho, USA - MAY 15, 2016
12 oz bottle. So this was bottled last November. Let’s see how it holds up. Aroma is pears, minerals, light note of lotion, apple core. Pours clear golden with a dissipating white head. Taste is sweet, overripe fruit (that sounds gross, but it’s not cloying); finishes dry, lightly tart. There’s nothing bad about this, but nothing sticks out, either. It’s bland, easy drinking. I wouldn’t go for it again, though. Nekronos (4174) - Xalapa, MEXICO - APR 2, 2016
Not many in here seemed to like it but I found it quite good and crafty. Cloudy and sour with nice bubbling hints.

12oz bottle labeled " Sparkling Pear", picked up at The Grapevine DuffMan (10451) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - MAY 23, 2015
Pours clear straw color with a green tint, small white head, some lacing. Aroma of pears, ripe apples, sugar and fruity. Taste is sweet, pears, sugar with a tart, dry finish
Bottle. Pale gold, medium carbo. Pleasing ripe pear aroma, lightly perfumey. The palate leans more toward generic Apple juice with a high of pear character. Too sweet for me regardless, but it certainly smells better than it tastes. DocLock (10721) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 1, 2015
Clear gold pour with minimal head. Nose is pear, fruity tartness. Tastes of pear, with some sweetness, finishing tartness, like a Bartlett pear champagney flavor. Not dense, effervescent. Headbanger (3999) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - APR 1, 2015
12oz bottle 4/1/15 (Courtesy of TerryR)-36° in Flute-Pours a clear light golden with no head. Aroma of pear and sweetness. Taste of the same. This light bodied beverage is well balanced and hits the spot on a hot summer day.
