Acidic and fruity scent. Clear golden colour. Sweetness and cinnamon flavour at the front, with apple and honey on the finish. Medium body with mild carbonation. Very different tasting cider.

I first got hip-to-the-blip on this Cidery while hiking on the Bruce Trail. Trail goes right by it. Its pretty well the gold standard in Ontario ciders for me. Nice range of offerings & always tasteful & well made. This is no exception. Straight forward pub option cider that beats the competition. Not too sweet, real apples, reserved carbonation. The fact that this isnt in my local work pub is distressing.

On tap at beer bistro. Clear white wine looking light gold, tart musty apple nose. Nice light refreshing body, silky. The flavor is much nicer than the nose: tart sweet apples, semi-sweet/dry finish, acidic. Decent.

341 mL bottle at the Queen and Beaver pub in Toronto, served in an English pint. Pours clear straw with a small sparkly head that fades quickly. The nose has nice apple combined with blossoms and a touch of peel. The flavour is fairly sweet with delicate apple and a touch of tartness. Towards the end, it acquires a crisp minerality. The finish is brief and crisp. On the palate it is light in body with a dryish texture and sparkling carbonation. Overall a nice light cider that is in the sweeter side. 2014-06-23

Spab (3486) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 5, 2014
341 ml bottle from LCBO. Pours a clear, very pale, golden straw colour with quickly disappearing white head. Aroma is gently tart apple and honey. Flavour is tart apple, a nice, not-overpowering earthy/farmy character and hints of other tree fruits. Light carbonation, solid body. Nice cider.

Very pale colour. Crisp, appley, dry...not super complex but quite drinkable.

On tap at Volo. Clear with a light green tinge. Earthy apple, seems like a bit of cherry, slightly sweet, becomes dry but becomes thin with a sour tease but quite easy to drink. Would like some of these to make appearance in Ottawa.

341 mL bottle. Pours light golden straw with a thin white cap that goes quick. Aromas of apple, honeysuckle and farmy funk. Mildly sweet but still quite dry, with low to moderate carbonation and an above average body for a cider. Love it for that yeast note, a complexity not commonly found in Ontario ciders.

On tap at bar hop. Clear straw coloured pour. Very thin active white head. Low carbonation though. Aroma of green apples, band aide, cherry kook aid. Thin, sweet, sour apple finish. Refreshing. Surprised its not more cloying. Unnaturally clear.
