TEJA (3257) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - FEB 9, 2017
Sampled at the brew resturant in Regensburg. Fine fluffy lively light beige head. Solid clear yellow color. Sweet and malty aroma. Malty taste with a light but balanced sweetness. Low bitterness and a good drinkabillity.

Quite sweet. Almost no bitterness. Very simple. Too simple. Not very amusing beer.

Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy golden, small head. Fruity doughy nose. Mid sweet with medium-full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with mild grassy hops and well rounded mouthfeel. Deep, somewhat buttery malt character with notes of grass and glue. Lightly warming mid bitter finish.

Sample @ wPBF III.
Pours hazy golden color with a small head. Herbal grassy aroma, flavor is quite similar, some yeasty and hay notes too. Simple and a bit boring.

Aroma has starchy and sweet malt. Also honey. Flavour has mint, menthol, some hops, honey and sticky malty tones. Not your typical maibock.

Bottle 330ml (AIH40)
Clear golden-amber color, small white head. Aroma is malty-woody with hints of alcohol. Medium-bodied. White-wineish front. Sweetish with berries and apple. Sweetness covers alcohol. Low bitterness. Sweet pale bock.

oh6gdx (26485) - Vasa, FINLAND - NOV 18, 2014
[email protected] (from Bier Zwerg). Goldeny orange colour with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruits, quite strong on the bready, grainy and caramelly maltiness. Flavour is fruity, very much cereals (kind of "Weetabix"like), some slight honey and mild dry wooden notes.

MartinT (10036) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 17, 2014
My Bottom Line:
This understated Heller Bock provides a few honeyed angles amongst the soft bubbling, leading to an easy finish.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam covers the pale strawy blond.
-This is an errorless brew, technically-speaking, but the flavor profile is entirely forgettable.
-Herbal hops whisper in the background.
-Balance is not achieved.
-None of their specialty products I tried have been able to reach the simple pleasures offered by their Hell and Dunkel.

Pours a clear golden color topped with average white head. Malty aroma but in a somewhat unpleasant way. Taste is very sweet, almost too sweet, no real bitterness in the end. Not my thing really.

Cuso (8935) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - AUG 24, 2014
Bottle from bier-deluxe.de. Golden color with medium white head. Aroma of malt, wort, honey, nuts. Taste, malt, honey, nuts, honey. For 7.2 ABV very light bodied beer, but OK.
