A fucking awesome ipa. This brewery really has their beer making down. Really hoppy and bitter. Really refreshing.

Bomber, courtesy of Archer Liquors, Chicago........pours a hazy burnt orange color with a nice white loose head. Nose is citrus with even pine and resin. Taste is citrus with a predominance of grapefruit, bitter but some sweetness in the background. Finish is bitter sweet and ends on same delicious flavored tasting notes. Love Spiteful ! Had it out of a 22oz bomber, poured a hazy orange hue with a thin creamy head and light lacing and bitter hop malt aroma. It taste great with a bitter hop flavor. HighWine (959) - Whalezbro, Illinois, USA - JUN 9, 2013
Batch 28 bottle served in a Sierra Nevada Spigleau IPA glass. Light honey colored pour with tangerine hues. Rocky two finger white head that is pretty dense; laces well. Fruit bouquet nose: candied papaya, mandarin orange, cinnamon oil, and fresh cut tropical fruits. Taste is very similar except the cinnamon oil is replaced with peach flesh. Much more tropical than citrus and the finish is bitter resin and fresh tropical fruits. Paradoxically the juiciness of the hops make you salivate but the hop oils leave the back of your tongue slightly dry on the finish. The malt is definitely in the distance on this one, but flavorful enough and in suitable quantity for the style.

Pours a hazy golden orange with an off white head and aroma of hops and citrusy fruits. Taste is bitter up front, of hops, citrus, grapefruit, caramel, and pine with a strong, heavy bitter, dry finish. Delicious IPA TheAlum (7164) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - MAY 18, 2013
UPDATED: MAY 23, 2013 Draft pour on tap at Beer Under Glass 2013 (Chicago, IL). Pours a nice orange amber hue, good haze, good darker orange glow atop with a frothy tannish head atop, dies to a ring and laces ok. Aromas are citrusy, grapefruit meets lemons, some tropical fruit sweetness. Bready and pale malts, a touch of sweetness. Gentle florals grow, firm hop presence. Initial is fuzzy, medium bodied with good bitter rind, soap, and grapefruit. Touches of florals, grass. Good grapefruit, lemon, and firm bitterness into the backend and finish. Grapefruit, florals, and firm rind. Touches of sweetness. More bitter earthy florals finish this up. Good touches of tropical fruit, bready malts, and soap. Overall, some good fruity elements preach well in this one, a tasty and flavorful hop profile with good frui presencet, fresh with a lot of oranges. Tasty stuff. crossovert (12666) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 10, 2013
Murkish pour. Smell is sweet caramel candy, dank, and a bit pof herbal. Flavor is nice, it has torpical fruits, herbs, dankiness, sticky malts, hint of specialty malt. brewskis (123) - Saint John, Indiana, USA - SEP 2, 2013
Batch #49. Pours a sunset orange color with a finger length head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice ring of lacing. Lots of carbonation coming off the glass. Smells of grapefruit, passionfruit, lots of pine, a cat piss note, lemons, a sweet breadiness note too. Taste starts with lots of galaxy hop notes. Pine and passionfruit up front along with some grapefruit. Then the middle brings just a tiny bit of breadiness and sweetness to play along with the hop qualities. The finish gets more abrasive, as the resinous pine and cat piss qualities do come out from the simcoe, along with more passionfruit, grapefruit, grass, and lemon. Just a tiny bit more of a toasted breadiness and sweetness from the malt emerge on the finish. Bitterness lingers, but not in a bad way. Medium body with a sticky and oily mouthfeel. Very interesting combination of hops that go well with one another. This is a pretty solid IPA. AWISLguy (3046) - Wisconsin, USA - NOV 17, 2013
Bomber from Bottles and Cans. Batch #47. Pours an unclear pale orange with a white head leaving a lot of nice lacing. Aroma is total simcoe - sweet and citrusy - with a nice caramel backbone. Taste has bitter citrus, orange rinds and grapefruit, heavy resin and caramel. Medium bodied and sticky, and quite dry. Progressively more bitter through the glass. Finishes nicely in combination between bitter and sweet, leaning bitter. A nice effort!
