28/VI/16 - 1Pt. 6Fl. Oz. bottle @ the pre-AdamChandler-tasting, Erwin’s ponton - BB: n/a, bottle #409 (2016-707) Thanks to ElManana+1 for sharing the bottle!

Cloudy bright yellow beer, big irregular yellowish head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: oh yes, right in the sweet spot! Piny, pineapple, tropical fruits, mango, passion fruit, bit dank, what a lovely smell! MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: very fruity, pineapple, nice bitterness, little sweet, mango, passion fruit. Aftertaste: lovely bitterness, lots of tropical fruits, nice piny hops, absolutely lovely stuff!

Bottle at Erwin's place. Fruit juice, vermont-style, lovely, bitter and easy drinkable. Awesome!

Really cloudy orange pour with some sediment, 22oz bottle at home. White head. Vanilla, fruity, tropical aroma. Smells awesome. Juicy, fruity, orange, and of course mango, taste. Delicious brew. Love Spiteful.

bomber from wlvliquors. grapefruit and yes mango nose, but better in theory than in practice. not enough mango. agree with ugly, some hop spiciness.

Bomber. Pours a turbid medium gold, fluffy white head with nice retention and lacing. Nose is big sticky dank mangos-- like Carmen Miranda is giving you a lap dance -- tropical, pine, cat piss. Mouth is medium bodied, surprisingly dry, fruity, some biscuity notes but mainly this is a fruit forward hop bomb. No fucking idea what this has to do with whales, but it is exceptional. Bravo, Spiteful.

Had this on draft and in bombers. Really good, especially if you are a fan of the hop. Quite cloudy orange appearance from the mango purée, drinks like a huge dank double IPA. Really good, alcohol is high at 9.2% so the only unfortunate thing is you can’t really drink too many. In my experience, the mango is subtle, you can smell it and taste it on the finish, but this is not a fruity beer. Excellent.

650ml bottle. Lovely juice-like murkpour, though pours with a stellar foamy head that sticks for a bit. Smells like a goddamn mango. Flavor is pretty damn good, though not perfect like the aroma and appearance. It is a nice medium sweetness west-coast tinged ipa with heaps of mango flavor. Still retains some spiciness form the hops and some bready notes form the malt but a good smacking of mango. Medium to high bitterness reminds you it’s an ipa. Nice one.

Hazy amber with an off white head. Nose is mango, fresh hops, juicy, and bitter. Great palate, citrus, bitter, mango, sweet and a nice finish.

22 oz. bottle. Hazed orangish brown with a medium white head that fades. Good lacing. Aroma of tropical fruit, citrus, subdued mango notes. Some orange peel notes. Flavor is moderately bitter with plenty of juicy tropical fruit notes, and mango. Medium body with lively carbonation. Rush of bitterness towards the finish, heading towards a lingering finish. Despite being an ugly looking beer, it is tasty and crushable, with some depth. This is one of the best brewers in state right now. Probably the best brewery that doesn’t have national recognition.

strong alcohol and hoppy start with a mango finish. the mango really hides the alcohol flavor and can make this beer deadly. had a 22 oz bottle pour and it looks like orange juice with a light white head. picked this up at bottles and cans.
