one of the best porters i have ever had. strong almond and roasted black coffee flavor. had a 22oz bomber at revolution brewpub. smells like coffee and has a bitter finish. well done boys.. well done. Damico (3147) - Royersford, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 18, 2014
Pours dark unclear thick black with a creamy lacey dark beige head. Aroma has light molasses sweetness almost like pie crust covered in molassest. Flavor of toasted malts and light sweetness and nuttiness from the molasses, biscuit for sure. The body is creamy and welcoming. jjgmd (2162) - Coral Springs, Florida, USA - MAR 7, 2014
Bomber via Archer Liquors, Chicago, pours a dark black brownish color with a small head. Nose is fresh roasted coffee and espresso with hints of chocolate. Taste is sweet coffee, sugary with some vanilla oaky notes. Finish is sweet. Quaff score 7/10 zgaier (1951) - Coral Springs, Florida, USA - MAR 7, 2014

Bomber bottle and served in snifter: pours almost opaque with a lovely frothy beige head and great lacework. Nice heavy roast with coffee and walnut character, some twangy molasses/dark fruit notes (but I wish a tad more considering the name). Moderate cocoa and slight resiny hop tones too. Lively carbonation and ashy finish makes this a smooth Imperial Porter. jmagnus87 (2912) - Rockford, Illinois, USA - JAN 4, 2014
Bottle poured into a shaker. Pours black with a minimal amount of dark tan head. Aroma has loads of coffee, chocolate and caramel. Taste is medium bitter. Huge coffee and dark chocolate taste. Not getting much molasses in the taste. Full bodied with a slightly thin texture. Soft carbonation and a super long finish. Overall, awesome. Another spiteful home run! ryecatcher (1445) - Bridgeport, Chicago, Illinois, USA - NOV 10, 2013
Bomber. Pours a murky and robust, dark brownish-black nearly impenetrable by light, big espresso colored head with alright retention and nice bit of lacing. Nose is cocoa, dark roast, coffee, Dig ’Em Smacks (those still around?), dates. Mouthis medium bodied (what truly separates it from the stout it looks more like), fairly dry, with a big dark roasty presence along with some Baker’s chocolate, coffee, pumpernickel, medium bitterness, some soot on the back end. A hearty beer for the hearty stock we Chicagoans like to think of ourselves as being... certainly no time wasted here... get me another bottle! crossovert (12934) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - NOV 9, 2013
Brown pour, dark head. SMell is intense, it has coffee, honey, wheat puffs, roasted character, rich malts. Flavor and body are thinner than anticipated. It is very nutty, cocoay, some coffee notes and bitterness. Flavor improves and gets more chocolate character as it goes.
