UPDATED: SEP 16, 2006 What a lovely beer. Tripel style. Blond colour. Malty aroma. taste is a little citrus sour. Alcohol is well hidden. Bitter palate. Together a well balanced beer, which is certainly one of my favourites since now. jerohen (2335) - Bussum, NETHERLANDS - JAN 1, 2004
Bottled 0.7 liter, BB 02/2003. Cloudy orange coloured. Spicy and fruity aroma. Complex and balanced flavour, spices, malts, sugar and alcohol. Very easy to drink considering the ABV. Jerre (3773) - Waregem, BELGIUM - MAY 22, 2008
Bottle, 33 cl. (Found this @ beerstore Pede, St. Livens Houtem)
Golden color, with good white head. Aroma sweet malts, fruits touch. Medium body.
Taste sweet start, the alcohol is well hidden, good bitterness, a well balanced beer. Very drinkable for everyone.

(Bottled) Clear golden-amber with a huge, foamy and lacy head, forming a Duvelish cloud in the middle. Sourish-tart aroma of sweetish malt and some dark fruit. Slightly tart, dried-fruity flavor with some alcohol and caramely-sweetish malt. Medium-bodied, a bit foamy and acidic, sweet-sourish palate. The label is either beautifully retro or truly cheap, the head awesome, and the tartness surprising (and pleasant). Overall it doesn’t quite reach the Belgian beer elite, but definitely is a positive surprise.

Best Before 2004. Pours unclear, between blonde and brown. muddy, and appears to be wattery. Small white head. Smell is oxidized. taste is sharp, rather bitter. madeira, very well aged, this one. Mild malty back. Ok mouthfeel, still, as well as a perfect carbo. Nice NoiZe (2323) - Zeist, NETHERLANDS - JUN 23, 2006
