Piana praktycznie nie istniała. Niskie wysycenie, bardzo mocny karmel w aromacie. W smaku również, przyćmił wszystkie inne cechy tego piwa.

Color is dark brown and hazy. Medium white foam. Aroma is caramel, sweet malt and light coffee. Taste is very sweet, so has to be very cold to drink.

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours slightly hazy ruby / copper brown with airy but stable beige head. Clear aroma of caramel malt and butter, with notes of yeast. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, with notes of yeast. Sweetish afteraste. Well-balanced, but it resembles a diluted honey beer. Drinkable, though.
