A bit off on the finish. Hop blast more on the side of citrus peel than a balanced citrus flavor. I’m a hop head it was not my delight. For a double IPA not the mouthfeel at all. Disapointing for sure. bigrond (1499) - factoryville, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 22, 2014
this was a decent IPA. nothing fancy, nothing great. above average is the best I can say edwardbass (853) - Illinois, USA - APR 30, 2014
Tap at Uber Tap Room in Milwaukee. Limited notes....basically I remember a pretty well balanced beer, with nice malt sweetness and good citrus hops bitterness and flavor. Pretty decent - I liked it more than its score shows.

DRAFT at Sprechers in Lake Geneva. Pours a hazy orange with one finger head. Strong hop nose...pine / citrus immediately jump from the glass...generally pleasant but the bite of the initial taste is a little much. Mellows as it warms. Positive overall...will do another.

This one poured a bubly golden yellow with a white head. Aroam was of lots of citra and light caramel. Flavor was similar, not over ther top bitter, but nice fruity and tropical citra goodnes. Not sure where all these bad ratings are coming from. esjaygee (3904) - Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 17, 2013
Amber with a half finger quickly fading taupe head. Aroma of citrus, caramel, bready malts, floral hops and vegetal notes. Taste is sweet and vegetal with citrus and floral fresh hops. Finishes mildly bitter with a touch of alcohol. Not bad... for Sprecher beerbaaron (1998) - Arizona, USA - JUN 14, 2013
Dark orange. Small wispy white head, lasting with lace. Aroma is lots of caramel, lots of citrus, some pine, some alcohol, fairly sweet. Medium body. moderate to high bitterness, resin, and some sweetness. Definitely different compared to other 2IPA but the palate grew on me a little over the course of the bottle. Kinda goofy. Caramel, dry hops, grapefruit/citurs. Sweet yet bitter, and a little harsh.
A little sweet, very hoppy, grapefruit, dry, bitter. Strong hoppy and bitter finish.
