Draft. Amber brown pour. Its pretty decent for the style, spices and roasted malt, easy drinking, not complex but good. jebert (500) - Watertown, Wisconsin, USA - APR 16, 2014
Pours a dark amber with a creamy tan head. Nose is malty. Very creamy and good effervescence. Taste is malt forward, some caramel notes, with a well balanced hop presence on finish.Good tasting beer. Pairs well with chips or pretzels. hayduke (5204) - Eureka, California, USA - FEB 28, 2014
A gift from a friend out of the Beer of The Month pack. Bottle poured amber brown with thin tan head. Nose of wheat malts. Some light fruit. Medium body. Flavor runs to malts with a bit of spice which carries over to the finish. Decent. MarinEvelyn (854) - Wisconsin, USA - FEB 9, 2014
Aroma..wheat, caramel, malt, a little dusty. Taste is a little dry, sweet, malt, caramel. beerbaaron (1998) - Arizona, USA - FEB 9, 2014
Pours clear light brownish amber. Medium creamy white head. Aroma finds wheat, caramel, toffee, toasty. Flavor follows. Full body, but at the same time a bit thin too. Soft and creamy. Finish is fairly dry, nutty toasty. Little earthy. Sorta bland.

Pour is a brown with a large tan head. Aroma is some sweet bubblegum and dough. Flavor is some wheat malt and that’s about it. An odd plastic comes out and doesn’t go away. Finish is thin and watery. This is no way a good dunkle weizen, more like someone’s first attempt at home brew. I’ve had a few Sprecher beers and they were decent but this was a poor attempt. blipp (9268) - La Mesa, California, USA - JAN 22, 2014
Bottle. Pours a dull hazed golden amber, with an off white head. Muted sweet malts, wheat, spicy weizen yeasty notes, and a relatively dry finish. Not awful, but falls a little flat based on my expectations for this brewery. BOSSbrewer (2705) - Arkansas, USA - JAN 16, 2014
Pours an amber and hazy brown. Bottle thanks to Raith. Thin off white head. Flavor is caramel and slightly sweet. Some old cardboard also in there. Medium bodied. Drinkable but not great. kassner (1659) - Wexford, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 15, 2011
Also from Village bottle shop. Amber color, very slightly cloudy, nice sweet sour taste with a hint of Belgian Yewasts nuplastikk (6260) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - MAR 1, 2011
Draft at Old Fashioned. Thick, opaque burgundy brown, with a steady off-white head. Malty and rich, maybe a tad thicker than medium bodied. Some mild banana yeast tones under the smooth dark malts. Mellow and fairly enjoyable, this still can’t touch a good German example. Still a decent enough beer from Sprecher, no off flavors.
