Pours a slightly cloudy yellow color with a medium fluffy white head that evaporates slowly. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus and wheat. Light body with flavors of banana, sweet spice and a bit of grassy hops. The finish is sweet with a short fruity aftertaste. Pretty average overall. Picked up a few bottles after a tour of the brewery. This might be the best offering from Sprecher. A very good Hefe Weiss, that is creamy, with hints of clove, banana and citrus. A nice plus is 16 oz bottle. popephred (268) - Plainfield, Illinois, USA - MAR 14, 2013
Poured from the bottle into a standard pint glass, and was not prepared for the extra four ounces, so I took my first few sips before I was ready. Cloudy, and light yellow, the pour produced little to no head (though to be fair, the beer was cold.) The aroma of this weisse is in keeping with the style, with strong notes of citrus and banana. The carbonation is good and not overbearing. Taste-wise, Sprecher has produced a bitter beer with medium sourness, with a medium body. There is a slight spiciness that can be tasted on the back end of the brew, which lends some complexity, though a strong metallic taste at the forefront diminishes the experience. jhgrantjr (473) - Tennessee, USA - FEB 13, 2013
On tap at Hop City in Birmingham, AL. Pours a hazy yellow color, good carbonation. Typical wheat and orange smell. First Sprecher I've tried, and it's a good hefe.

16oz, Sprecher bottle, twist-off. Hazy, golden yellow color, white head. Sweet, mature banana scent. Light tastes of fresh wheat. Airy body. Great for summer. Not like any Hefe I’ve had. Very good, well made. It is obvious its made to taste good. (3595)

Pours a cloudy yellow amber color with a mild scent of wheat. Has an almost organic like wheat and grain taste to it which is rather bold along with firm hints of orange. Rather filling and heavy in comparison to many hefeweizen beers. Definitely a good taste here, the only complaint I could really see anyone making is about the thicker volume the beer has.

Pours a gold straw color with a thick white head. Bready yeast aroma. Tart wheat cereal flavor. Slight carbonic bite. Very enjoyable beer. Jrwhitney6 (503) - - JAN 8, 2013
Pretty typical hefeweizen, nose of bananas, citrus and wheat notes, maybe a little thinner than your typical hefeweizen.

Light yellow pour with strong white, foamy head.
Aroma of yeast, grassy-hay and spicy notes, citrus. Taste is sour-spice with a little bitter at the end. ChiGuy68 (609) - Illinois, USA - DEC 15, 2012
Tasted on tap at Sprecher’s Restaurant & Pub and I only had my mobile app and did not enter comments.
