Brewed with imported malt, soft water & Saaz noble hops, this Czech-style Pilsner is the perfect summer beer. Its rich golden color compliments the mild, earthy, spicy hop aromas & well balanced malt profile for a crisp, clean beer with subtle bitterness.

12 ounce bottle, 9/19/16. Clear golden, large foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of grassy hops and pale malt. The taste is toasted malt, pale malt, mild floral and grassy hops.Thin-medium bodied.

JPDIPSO (6296) - Wauwatosa, USA - JUL 10, 2016
Scents of butterscotch coming from the pale golden liquid with a smaller white head. Pale malt flavors along with a touch of grass, corn and grains. Not as crisp as I would prefer. 5/11

Bottle poured a clear gold with a small lasting white head. Aromas of bread, yeast and a hint of citrus. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a smooth dry finish. Flavors of bread and light yeast with a smooth dry finish.

Bottle. Gold color with thin white head that dissipates quickly; some lacing. Grass and subtle biscuit malt aroma. Biscuit malt upfront with pleasant, slightly citrus bitterness and grass in the long finish. Mouthcoating. Solid Pilsner. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

355ml twist off bottle. Pale golden color, nice toastiness, pleasant floral hops, not much diacetyl, pretty decent if boring.

ordybill (1815) - Douglasville, Georgia, USA - DEC 25, 2014
Poured from a 16 OZ bottle into a pint glass. Aroma-Has a strong lemon/floral aroma. pretty inviting Appearance- a murky golden color with a one inch white head Taste- very bitter with a strong buttery flavor, not my cup of tea Palate- medium bodied with an oily feel Overall- I was disappointed with this beer. I expected more and it didn’t deliver. I was really turned off by the butter flavor.

Meh, And super "MEH"!!! I mean if Miller Lite tasted like this it would be good. But it doesn’t and whatever. Modern light looking pour with some chunky malt/yeast floating on top. But otherwise this tastes like light beer with a bit more hops. Not a fail, but not so great either. C’mon, Sprecher!!!!

Is it heresy for a Milwaukeean to dislike Sprecher? Here is another example of a brew I think is terrible. Skunkiness is its defining attribute.

UPDATED: APR 1, 2014 Tap at Pats Place. Transparent amber with white head. Aroma of corn and malts. Taste is pretty much the same with water downed aftertaste. Not great.
