Bottle. Light caramel malt aroma. Amber with a small head. Light caramel malt flavor with a light hops finish. A subtle beer - nothing too bold with this beer. daknole (11044) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - SEP 20, 2008
Brought back from Milwaukee by my friend Nick Wight...thanks. Pours a clear golden/amber color with a very small head. Aroma is extremely grainy, crackers. I smell corn meal. Flavor is malty and some corn with some good hop balance. A very interesting and tasty beer. Crisp and clean mouthfeel. DocLock (10660) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 30, 2009
Draft at Craft. Pours gold with off-white head. One of the golder ambers Iíve had. The nose and flavor had hopcitrus, pale male, and some mild fruit, but not a great deal was going on with this one. Average and forgettable for me. adnielsen (10605) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - AUG 23, 2012
Can @ home picked up at Wilburís Foco. Pours a clear dark orange appearance with a big, fluffy, cream colored head. Toasted malty, corn, herbal, husky, grainy, fairly bitter cracker aroma. Tangy, bitter woody, grassy, husky, grainy malty flavor. Kind of a rough texture. Tastes like shit to me, but so has everything else tonight, so fuck it. Tap. Gold/red pour, very minimal head. Very slight aroma of bread and malt. Pretty good flavor thanks to the hops.

16 oz. bottle. Pours a clear amber color with a small off white head that disappears quickly. The aroma is medium caramel malts and faint hoppiness. The flavor is caramel malts, light roasted character, faint earthy hops, and light fruitiness. Medium light body. Not bad, just not exiting. On tap @ the ‹ber Tap Room in the Wisconsin Cheese Shop, Milwaukee. Bland sweetish caramel with wintergreen notes. Odd. onceblind (9445) - Denver, Colorado, USA - MAY 20, 2013
Clear light copper with a thin but persistent white head. Nice vienna style aroma of toased bread and lager-y caramel. Flavor is nice and crisp with a satisfying toast and earthy caramel flavor with a kiss of olde world grassy hop kick. Very balanced and toasty, and just a little leafy. 500 ml bottle. Deep amber coloured brew. Very fresh vienna malt aroma, bread crust, light toast and a hint of brown sugar/caramel. Clean maltiness. Rich and sweet tasting. A touch of faint smokiness appears toward the finish. Soft hoppiness just keeps this balanced, but I can see how some might find it cloying. I donít and think itís an excellent example of the style. blipp (9175) - La Mesa, California, USA - AUG 3, 2008
Bottle. Pours orange with an off white head. Arom ais caramel, butterscotch, and floral hops. Medium body. Flavor is toasty, with caramel, honey, and floral hops. Pretty good.
