Excellent beer. Obviously, very dark in color and dark head. Smells just like chocolate and peanut butter. Tastes just like it should. Good flavor. Nice aftertaste. Great beer! Will have another one for sure!
6/8/17. On tap at Chickie & Pete’s. Black pour with a nice tan head. Mild roasted peanut aroma, chocolate obvious, roasted malts. Lightly sweet flavor, peanuts more than peanut butter, chocolate, coffee. Not bad. mar (5423) - Dallas, Texas, USA - JUN 3, 2017
Black with a light khaki head. Peanut butter, chocolate, light roasted malts on nose. Chocolate up front light peanut butter, graham cracker and nice finish. Voodoo (675) - Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 7, 2017
Pours a near black with an overly energetic tan head which took 5 minutes to pour......aroma is metal, toasted malt, touch of peanut.....taste is peanut up front, toasted malt not really chocolate tasting then a lactic kind of finish.....perhaps with the overly energetic head and lack of chocolate taste it was an older can. Bottle pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is nice big peanut butter chocolate roast malts and a little coffee. Taste is more of the peanut butter forward chocolate and roast. Very nice Nephilium (1821) - Cleveland, Ohio, USA - NOV 26, 2016
Aroma is redolent with peanut butter and chocolate, with a touch of dark fruit underneath. It pours an opaque black with a full tan head on top. There’s more fruit flavor then chocolate or peanut butter in the flavor though. An offputting sweetness fades to hints of chocolate and peanut butter. Thin bodied, but drinkable.

Can. Thanks New Belgium guy we met at Pies and Pints in Charleston, WV! Blackest of black with a huge tan head. Roasty and peanut butter and caramel-coated nuts and a hint of chocolate in the nose. Robust taste full of pb and chocolate, bitter and sweet and just a little dry.
Full body. Very carbonated. pleasing and long pb finish. Very good stout but not really imperial. r464 (2362) - Earth, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 31, 2016
Deep and dark with a thin tan head. Punchy, thin at first. But it builds some thickness as it reaches the peanut flavor. Hints of cocoa, coffee, and cherry. Werckmeister (3227) - Vienna, AUSTRIA - AUG 23, 2016
0,75l bottle at home from my Secret Santa, big thanks. No obvious BB date. black color, samll coffee-colored head. smells of bitter herbal, vanilla, roasted nuts, peanut butter, rather sweet and nuty after a while. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of vanilla, lightly nutty, rather ashy notes, bitter herbal. finishes rather bitter herbal / roasty with notes of ash and some herbs. okish, but did n ot like the balance, rather bittterish / ashy herbal. below average.
