Reviewed from notes.
Pours an orange copper color with a white head. Nose brings some light citrus notes but there really isn’t that much to it. Taste, again, is light citrus. A bit of pale malt is added in. Nice feel with light bitterness. A bit plain, but drinks quite well.

Mostly toasted malts, caramel, and light herbal notes through this one with light citrus hops at the end. Not bad, but fairly non-descript. wnoble (1251) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - NOV 3, 2010
Bottle from Phillybeer1779, thanks! Pours a hazy gold with some chunky yeast floaties. Nose is some citrus American hops but a little bland and some caramelly malt. Taste is very similar and light on the hops. Good mouthfeel. Bottle is probably no too fresh so I will try it again. jeff789 (1408) - West Chester, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 17, 2010
Pours a pale golden amber with a smaller white head, ok lacing... aroma is a touch on the sweet malty side... A touch malty, not very sweet, some toasted flavors, not a great deal of hoppiness, decent flavor, not hoppy enough for my taste... easy drinking, medium light body... adrian910ss (2572) - Doylestown, PA, USA - SEP 27, 2010
On draft at Capones. Pours a clear liquid orange gold with a small off white head. Aroma of light hops, malt and grain. Taste is much the same as the aroma. Very watery and not much flavor.

A: snifter. nice slightly opaque copper color. big orange hues. atop is a nice light khaki colored head. mild retention rate and fair ringlike lacing.
S: aromas of apples, light butterscotch, and mostly a mild malt aroma. hint of hops.
T: nice flavor for an APA. good sweet malt backbone, some fruit flavors, like apples and cherries, very faint. good pine and citrus hop flavors in this one. some caramel as well.
M: medium bodied, mild carbonation level, actually spot on. very clean and smooth.
D: very nice APA and well worth getting if you dig the style. I got this from a BIF and it was a great get, wish these guys were available where I am. joeyplush (648) - Garnet Valley, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 15, 2010
Having a bad streak today - third beer and all of them have been mediocre. This one has a yeasty aroma, and it does have a nice burnt orange color with an off white head and lots of soapy lacing. Flavor is more malty than I expected, with a little bitterness in the finish. egajdzis (6502) - Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 2, 2010
[Draft @ Spring House Brewery] Darker golden color with a small, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, pine, skunk, toast, and citrus. Taste of citrus fruits, toasted malts, some pine, and light skunk with some bitterness in the finish as well. nickd717 (4647) - San Francisco, California, USA - JUL 30, 2010
12oz bottle shared by largadeer. Pours clear golden with a small white head that fades. Smells like caramel and pale malt with slight resinous hops. Tastes a bit faded with caramel and pale malts, apple, and faint floral, earthy, and resinous hops. Boring mouthfeel. Damn it, I hate that this is from the ’burg and sucks. Oh well.
