On tap at the South Lancaster Brew works. Copper, white fizzy head. Nice lacing Light toasty citric flavors with a faint swirl of toast. Caramel biscuit flavor rounds with a hint of citrus in the finish. Light bodied, soft carbonation, A bit bitter. Distinct. DiarmaidBHK (6151) - Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 19, 2017
Taster at Maple street taproom. Pours golden with a white head. Leaves trace lacing in the glass. Has a few pine notes on the nose, but has much larger pine action on the tongue. Finished clean with a whisper of biscuit. mansquito (7148) - Nueva York, New York, USA - AUG 19, 2017
Some place in Philadelphia: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is straw, pine, pepper. Taste is fairly bitter. Piny and peppery. Finish is not great. Bulk_Carrier (6064) - Vermont, USA - JUN 1, 2017
Poured into an English pint glass, the appearance was a pale burnt yellow almost bronze color with a finger and a halfs worth of white foamy head that concaved nicely to leave some messy foamy clingy lace.
The aroma had some sweet lemon pulp, sweet pine, bready malts with a touch of floral sweet hop quality at the end.
The flavor leaned towards the sweet side enveloping the piney hops and bready malts. Aftertaste was the sweet along with the bitter and having a little bit of toast coming inside. Finishes with a little bit of lemon hop burn which I wasnt entirely fond of.
The palate was between light and medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt appropriate.
Overall, for the most part, its a decent APA but the finish I didnt care for. katrinaez (2358) - norristown, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 11, 2016
Transfer from the old rating system. I just have it as an average beer. Had on tap.

translucent good. Thin white cap, great lacing. Oily resin body, dry pepper bitterness. Front palate is soft petal and orange, thinly peppery. Mid palate is doughy, light may papery before heavy resin finish. Sticky overall, needs more balance and complexity.
Draft at the Tap Room. Poured a clear golden yellow color with a small off-white head. Aroma was a standard pale ale with a notable hoppy pine finish to it. Flavor was about the same. Drinkable. cheap (6216) - CHINA - OCT 29, 2015
Looks a little dirty yellow on tap @ madmex. Weird leathery appeal to it. Nice lacing. Good co2. Seems to be rather fresh although it leaves a sharper astringent bite at the finish.
