Not very good. No aroma determined. Color was fine at a murky brown. Palate was watery and too thin. Flavor was bland with a hint of roasted malt that seemed watered down. jandd1983 (4680) - Wentzville, Missouri, USA - SEP 12, 2012
It poured a lightly hazy tan color with a small white head. The aroma was of toasted grain which was vibrant, fresh, enticing and well-balanced with hop aromatics (citrus, pine sap, fresh cut wood). The soft carbonation and delicate, silky texture are well-matched with buzzing hop acid and fruity yeast esters. The taste was similar to the aroma and was surprised to finally find one of these brown ale / IPA hybrids that delivers.
