Cask @ Cuthbert Brodrick, Leeds. Golden-blonde with a creamy head. Hoppy in its nose, this is true in its taste, but it gives way to a light gingery character that eventually dominates the ale. There’s some berry-sweetness in its nose. tommann (3939) - Dudley, West Midlands, ENGLAND - DEC 17, 2015
Cask st the William Shenstone, Halesowen. Pours gold with a small head. Aroma is straw, lemon and grain. Taste has straw and grain. Not getting the spice. A bit flat in the mouth. Mr_Pink_152 (5541) - Lincoln, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - DEC 12, 2015

Cask at The Green Dragon, Leek (JDW) A clear pale golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma of orange, grape, cinnamon, some ginger and slight floral hops. Taste of orange, grape, a little melon, some cinnamon, a little toasted malt, subtle biscuit and spicy, floral hops. Light bodied and oily texture. A dryish, spicy, floral hop bitterness in the finish. Started off really well with some tasty Christmas spices but after a while turned out to be OTT with spiciness. Nice but only a half will do.
