Cask. Aroma hoppy citrus, grassy. Pours golden with white top. Tastes light and fruity with cereal ad nuts lurking behind. An easy and forgettable swallow.

Cask @ Cuthbert Brodrick, Leeds. Golden-blonde with a creamy head. Hoppy in its nose, this is true in its taste, but it gives way to a light gingery character that eventually dominates the ale. There’s some berry-sweetness in its nose.

Towey1989 (3258) - Stoke On Trent, Staffordshire, ENGLAND - DEC 7, 2015
Cask at The Green Dragon, Leek (JDW) A clear pale golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma of orange, grape, cinnamon, some ginger and slight floral hops. Taste of orange, grape, a little melon, some cinnamon, a little toasted malt, subtle biscuit and spicy, floral hops. Light bodied and oily texture. A dryish, spicy, floral hop bitterness in the finish. Started off really well with some tasty Christmas spices but after a while turned out to be OTT with spiciness. Nice but only a half will do.
