Lip smacking stuff!. The Depth of flavour is intense and lingers in the mouth for a pleasingly long time. More of this please Springhead!

Cask at The Holy Inadequate, Etruria. A deep brown colour with a medium off white head. Aroma of nuts, roasted oats, subtle coffee, some vanilla and toffee. Taste of nuts, some chocolate, subtle marshmallow, burnt toffee, some tartness and fruitcake. Medium bodied and soft carbonation. A soft, toasty bitterness in the finish with some tartness. A complex beer with nutty, chocolate and toffee notes but a little bit tart. Part of me loves this, the other dislikes it.

[Waterloo Beer Festival, 2014] - Springhead Brewery The Leveller, 4.8%.
