650 ml bottle, shared at BCTC. Aroma is light pine, sweet grain, honey and sugar, lots of unfermented sugar. AdamChandler (5150) - Enfield, New Hampshire, USA - AUG 10, 2015
Flavor has some herbal and pine hops that is overpowered by Bready malts and sugar. Texture is kind of chewy with a very sweet finish. Body is medium with a average carbonation level. Honestly if the brew can ferment out some of this sugar he will have something here. As is... WAY to much unfermented sugar. Drinkable but this could be refined.
Hazy golden orange color. Resinous dank aroma. A lot of pine. Sweet caramel taste, some sweetness that’s like a candy bar. A lot of hop bitterness. Pine and some citrus.

22oz bottle purchased from Barb’s in Concord. This was an OK IPA but I did expect to like it more given both the higher abv and price. A bit on the sweet side and the hops were not as pronounced as expected but it was still tasty. Jesterdeal (1985) - Marlton, New Jersey, USA - SEP 9, 2013
Aroma of pineapple, starfruit, and bread. Pours hazy golden with a great head. Tastes like a homebrewed ipa after a week. Malt heavy with pineapple and biscuit. johnnnniee (4405) - Bedford, New Hampshire, USA - MAY 1, 2013
Pours a slightly hazy light golden color with a decent sized white head that slowly dissipates to a cap. Smells of earthy and citrusy hops with a touch of sulfur and a solid shot of light caramel. The flavor is malty with some hops and a bunch of ethanol. Earthy citrus hop bite countered with bready caramel and a present enough shot of alcohol and astringency. Medium body with a moderate level of carbonation and a sweet bitter mouthfeel. Mediocre IPA, nothing really wrong here, but nothing too exciting either.

In short: A bland sweet blond IPA with mcox90 (2119) - Wilton, New Hampshire, USA - AUG 6, 2012
How: Bottle 22oz, consumed relatively fresh approximately one month after purchase from a New-Hampshire beer store.
The look: Clear blond body topped by a medium white head.
In long: Nose has a somewhat shy grassy/fruity hoppiness (by 8.5% IPA standards), the hopping has a dank character and sits over sweet pastry. Taste has sweet bready cereals like commercial white bread and refined white sugar. Dried fruits, candied fruits, sweet canned fruits. The fragile hopping is crushed by the sugary fruity flavors, there is a mild bitterness but it is just not enough. There isn’t anything offensive with this beer, it is just very very very boring. The first beer I buy from this brewery and I’m not impressed, I’ll be more careful from now on, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice sha… oooh cool, I just got an email from a Nigerian prince!
22 oz bottle. Pours amber/gold with a 1 finger white head. Little bits of lace here and there. Aroma is dominated by citrus hops. Tangerine, lemon & lime. Secondary malt . Nice citrus bitterness on the flavor balanced with a semi sweetness. Somewhat heavy bodied with a bitter finish. jcwattsrugger (12517) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - JUL 23, 2011
22oz bottle-pours a tight retaining off white head and hazy gold color. Aroma is citrus-some lemon, wheat/light malt. Taste is citrus/pine/herbal hops, secondary medium malt. stangger (619) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 2, 2011
Had this in 22ozer at the squam lake inn in holderness. Pours a dark golden color. Aroma is grapefruit, citrus, a hint of sweet malt and belgian yeast. There’s a bitterness but it’s cancelled by a sweet malt taste. The yeasty taste and sweetness take over, with a bit of bitter citrus hops at the end. An interesting combination of two styles, but I didn’t love it. Sledutah (7789) - Utah, USA - MAY 24, 2011
