COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Most everyone has heard of this style, even if they haven’t tried it. Our version is a traditional dry Stout, found in the southern part of Ireland. It’s dark, drinkable and definitely true to style.

Taster at the brewpub during RBSG. Black color. Good thin light brown / grey head. Good reaches of lace. Nice roast malt, some coffee aroma. Medium to bigger body. Kind of soft, lighter carbonation. Decent chewiness to it. Dry finish. Moderate bitter taste. Light sweet. Solid dry stout.
