A good strong IPA plenty of kick to it. Lots of hoppy malty flavor well balanced would recommend.

Solid clear copper pour with a quarter inch beige head. Light aroma with bright citrus, pretty straightforward unfortunately. Carbonation leans soft, creamy mouthfeel, finishes a bit dry. Taste is solid but simple. Floral and piney hops with an appropriately large malt backbone. Good IIPA but not a stand out.

12oz. bottle - I think the higher rating simply has more to do with the fact that I like the style - a habit I’m going to have to un-learn, and rate style according to the style, not for what they are not. This one, I like. Pours orange with a very foamy white head. It’s a bubbly co2 popping with grapefruit and flowers. Flavors of a complex mixture of citrus, but with a good balance of sour dough biscuit and roasted nuts. Medium mouthfeel....and a good bitter (hops resin) finish.

Creamy mouth feel. Initial malty citrus hop but with a little pine hop finish that lingers when you breath in. ---Rated via Beer Buddy

Bottle poured golgen copper with a thick off-white icecrem head. Aromas of wheat, citrus, bread, and caramel. Flavor is medium bitter. Tasty.

Dark gold with a grainy head and a cloudy body. Nice grassy and resiny hop aroma. Moderate bitterness for a DIPA, but a good balance.

Hop Rising exudes a kind of oddball charm that’s hard to resist. The artwork on the bottles and cans reveal a weird rustic Americana. Haze, rocky foam, and moderate carbonation in the presentation. Boy is this thing piney. I’ve never meant that quite like I do with Hop Rising. The wet bitterness of pine needles, the herbal bittersweetness from the sap, and even the woodsiness. The malt backbone is caramely and balances things out nicely. This Imperial IPA is a little strange but very drinkable. That’s a good combo, in my mind.

Huge pine resin Aroma, with some subtle spice and citrus zest. Malts are chewy and a touch sweet, and keep the big hops balanced. Medium bitter finish, soft caramel malts, big pine resins, and fresh, green hop cones.
