COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We just put Oíkadenís Irish Red on the nitro tap. Classic Irish red-style ale. Malty and very tasty. This is Jason Stockís, the assistant brewer, 2nd beer design for Squatters and we are loving every sip of it.

On nitro at the downtown pub: A little roasted malt aroma and flavor, with some light fruity/herbal character from the hops and/or yeast. Roasted flavor is balanced with some bready and caramel/sweet flavors.

Pours a nice hazy golden orange color. Aromas of nice citrus/grapefruit hops. Flavor starts malty and the hops kick in, nice crisp bitter finish.

On nitro tap at the downtown brewpub in SLC. Pours a deep ruby hue with a nitro infused white thick head. The aroma is nice; light caramel malts and a spicy hop note. The flavor was similar; lots of rich and smooth flavors, caramel malts and light spicy hops. A full nitro mouthfeel. Refreshing and easygoing.

On tap (nitro); poured a really nice looking reddish amber with a creamy head. Flavor was enjoyable with some nice caramel malt and floral hop elements. Surprisingly good brew.

on tap-pours a retaining thin off white head that laces and copper/amber color. Aroma is mild, medium malt-caramel, hops. Taste is medium malt-caramel, flat/bitter hops, smoky. OK carbonation which is unusual for a nitro pushed beer.
