( 18oz bottle thanks to bu11zeye) Pours clear amber with nice bubbles and great lacing. Nose is faint but sweet, taste is butterscotch, light toasted grains, with a sweet buttery/oily finish. Quite good for a style I typically dislike. markwise (5441) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - OCT 8, 2009
Thanks to our Utah connection, IBrew2or3. Pours amber with an off-white head. Nose is malt, lager, corn, and sugar. Flavor is same with light malt and light to medium body. Oktoberfest is not my style, but this is a decent beer. mar (5409) - Dallas, Texas, USA - OCT 9, 2012

Aroma: Big malt and hops aroma. Citrus with a light biscuit in the nose.
Appearance: Dark Golden in color, clear with a light head.
Flavor: Big malt and hops flavor. Nice citrus and spice flavors.
Palate: Dry Finish, with a Great Mouthfeel.
Overall: Huge Oktoberfest this was a tasty brew. I was so happy to have tried this. My first growler ever was from Squatters like 19 years ago. Thanks Doug.
Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. The smell is butterscotch, malts, caramel, and a little weak. The taste is the same as the smell. The look is golden in color with an off white head.

Thanks to hopdiggitydog for sharing. Pours a hazy amber with a bubbly off white head. Aroma of burnt buttered sugary popcorn. Flavor of the same, really bad okt and sweet. Yuck. hellbilly (3249) - scottsdale über alles, Arizona, USA - JUL 27, 2011
bottle from dave 11/1/10.
pale coppery brown with an off white head which lasts as a film.
it smells and tastes of grainy caramel, earthy noble hops, toasted nuts and spice.
it is light-ish medium bodied but incredibly easy to consumed in abundance.6/4/7/4/15

A:toasty malts, sulfur
An easy drinking, malty lager. Clean well done!
Clear dark amber pour with a thin white head that has great retention and leaves great lacing. Aroma is full of sweet and nutty cereal malt, some caramel, lots of crusty bread and spicy, planty and floral hops. Flavor is bready, toasty and cereal malt up front, followed by some nutty notes, then spicy and floral hops. Medium body, slightly chewy to creamy feel, medium carbonation. Pretty good stuff, nothing crazy, but above average for the style I’d say.
