I got this bootle in a trade with Wasatch. Thanks John!
It pours from12oz bottle a clear amber with a +2 finger head of foam that hardly shrinks during the entire session.
The smell has notes of caramel malt and hops and is nice.
The taste is unusual. I get some caramel malt, grain, and some hops midway through and it lingers on and makes for a hoppy and dry finish. I find it kind of light bodied and the carbonation is medium. It sure is easy enough to drink and interesting enough for me to take further sips but I'd like the aftertaste to last a bit longer and maybe a bit bigger of a malt profile would help. Still. A good brew and 1 that I'd drink again.

On tap at Squatters airport location. Pours a clear deep amber with a light brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet grain and biscuit notes with a bit of straw backing. Flavor has a decent amount of biscuit with earthy grains and straw supporting. Ernesto987 (6050) - Arizona, USA - SEP 16, 2015
bottle, bah, toasty caramel and that it, thin and the flavor is very short. Started sharp and then it faded. weird snoworsummer (6057) - baltimore, Maryland, USA - SEP 9, 2015
Draft at the SLC airport Squatters. Pours clear bright copper with a fizzy beige head and decent lacing. Tastes like roasted and nutty malt, grapefruit hops, toast, and dry caramel. Light/medium body and carbonation. Smells like toasted malt, citrus hops, and faint caramel. brokensail (16645) - Dublin, California, USA - AUG 20, 2015
On tap @ Squatters. Amber in color with white foam. Bready, toasty malts up front, but there’s a definite buttery quality. Sort of a sweet and grassy cream character, too. Flavor is lightly bitter and it’s sort of papery on the tongue. Overall, just not that great.

A decent Amber, could use a bit more alcohol. Pours a very nice deep red with a tan head. Smells of unfermented malt. Taste is similar, creamy, with some malt. A little boring. Had in the bottle. unclemike (3163) - Junction City Kansas, Kansas, USA - MAY 12, 2015
Pours an amber color with a nice hue, nice head and light lacing. The nose is hoppy with some fresh clean caramel malts. Thin but very nice and balanced, exactly what you want in a 4% amber. J_man (1022) - Tustin, California, USA - FEB 6, 2015
Nice amber color with a thin white head. Light roasted malt aroma and flavor. Light hops. Good, straight forward beer and sessionable at 4%. jkwalking05 (4745) - Arlington, Texas, USA - AUG 9, 2014
