On tap at Squatters, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out light grassy hoppiness and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is only lightly hopped, with dry biscuity malt. Very bland, but clean and drinkable. Meh. ronaldtheriot (1963) - Laplace, Louisiana, USA - JAN 2, 2016
Wasatch Provo Girl has a thick, white, creamy head, a hazy, yellow-gold appearance, lots of tan sediment chunks, streaming bubbles, and heavy lacing left on the sides of the glass. The aroma is of lemony and pungent barley, some grass, hay, and bread. Taste is of all that, with sweetness. Bitterness is low. Mouthfeel is high medium, but not gritty, and Wasatch Provo Girl finishes crisp and mild. RJT AmEricanbrew (6878) - Same Trailer, Different Park, Louisiana, USA - DEC 29, 2015
Can at trailer. Clear light golden color with white foam. Peppery, spicy, dusty pils malt aromas. Medium bodied. Doughy, bready, malty flavors with spicy black peppercorn---not too bad. simonblaine (576) - Alberta, CANADA - OCT 7, 2015
Yay pilsner!!!! Less lame than most pilsners...and I guess that is a good thing.. Funny stuff on cans. Read it. JDBaker11058 (2306) - Maryland, USA - SEP 29, 2015
appearance:clear bright gold, creamy white head. aroma: white bread, slightly grassy, a little honey. taste: a bit of toast, a bit of grain some pepper and grass. finish: slightly creamy palate, fades quickly to a mineral finish. notes: Pretty average pilsner. Not bad, definitely better than a comparable macro, but I probably wouldn’t cross the street for it. Draft at Squatters in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Draft at the SLC airport Squatters. Pours clear pale gold with a fizzy off white head and decent lacing. Tastes like corn, bready and biscuit malt, faint citrus and straw. Light body and low/medium carbonation. Smells like light citrus, corn, and bready malt. brokensail (16601) - Dublin, California, USA - AUG 20, 2015
On tap @ Squatters. Clear golden pour with white foam. Crackery and bready malts dominate. Has kind of a corn flakes sweetness to it. Mild floral hops, a bit of soap, and perhaps chalk. Lemony, tangy finish to the flavor along with some husky bitterness. Not terribly enjoyable. SPDickerman (1239) - Texas, USA - JUL 11, 2015

Light pour, biscuity aroma. Fairly light, again not a lot of Saaz crispness, but clean and entirely enjoyable. Perfectly nice at 4%.
"nice interpretation of a classic pils. the stupid Utah 4% rule doesnt really hurt this brew like a couple of the others. looks a little watery, but comes across crisp and clean, grassy, floral and a tiny bit sweet. decent summer brew."
