From the brewpub in SLC, Memorial Day weekend. Pours deep reddish brown. Aroma of dark bread, burnt sugar/molasses, dark fruit. Taste of bread, burnt sugar, dried cherry, Dr. Pepper, and a slightly resinous/herbal bitterness that is interesting. Smooth, medium body. burg326 (5488) - Florida, USA - NOV 3, 2013
Poured an am her color with aromas of toffee, caramel, light coriander and some malt. Flavors are the same with some light nuts in the aftertaste, decent beer overall. SudsMcDuff (8438) - .....Manchester United.........., Texas, USA - SEP 26, 2013

Poured from a 25 ounce bottle. The aroma is citrusy and coriander. The flavor reminds me of Fruit Loops, citrus, hint of toffee, chocolate, orange. This is an interesting beer. mikem409 (2027) - bloomfield, Michigan, USA - JUN 8, 2013

Pours cloudy dark amber with a medium sized beige head and some lacing. Aroma of toast, english yeast, dark fruit and spices. Taste is toasted malts, caramel, yeast, spicy with a dry finish
Nice, let it warm up to bring out the flavors.
Unfiltered. Apple-ish fruity English yeast aroma, with toasty/roasted malt. Malty flavor: Sweet, dark caramel, raisin, toast. Similar fruity yeast flavor--but not as strong as in the aroma. Unique bitter flavor; maybe from the coriander? mikey (503) - farmington, Utah, USA - MAY 18, 2013
Ruby red in color With a thin foamy head. The nose is floral metallic and has spicy coriander. The taste starts with big chewy malts. Caramel & toffee dominate. There’s a nice toastiness rounding it out as well. The end is floral with & slightly metallic finish. Not a bad attempt at a Traquair style ale.
