Poured on tap @ Squatter’s Brewpub in SLC. It has a copper body with thin white head. The aroma is nutty and grainy malts and not much else. The nose is a bit on the light side. The taste is rich fresh Munich grain malts with some biscuit and crystal like malts added in. It ends a bit dry with a touch of nuttiness and toffee. A mildly spicy hoppiness carries along throughout the flavor. Nice balance medley of flavors. douglas88 (9789) - Portland, Oregon, USA - MAR 15, 2008
On tap at the SLC brewpub. Pours a dark amber with a thick white head. The aroma is grainy and light roasted malt. The taste is bready, also some lightly toasted malts and a hop finish. I also taste some apples, this beer is like a Fall day. Pretty good. IrishBoy (4252) - Bakersfield, California, USA - OCT 6, 2007
Draft at the Brewpub, 10/5/07; nose is bready and caramel malts; clear, dark amber with a snall, glass lacing, off white head. mikey (508) - farmington, Utah, USA - AUG 30, 2007
Poured a clear light bronze hue with a head that quickly settles to a thin cap. The nose was green and grassy with toasted malt coming trough beneth. The flavor had tons of biscuity malt flavors with a nice balance of mild floral and grassy bitterness. The finish was bready with more grassy hops. The feel is a bit thin. Still, this is a pretty good viennese. BrewDad (5667) - Olympia, Washington, USA - JUL 21, 2007

On Tap – Clear clean golden color. A deep malt lager aroma and flavor this was a decent lager. Had a very dry finish and was also easy to drink for a hot day.
Tap at the downtown location SLC. Copper coloured brew with a thin white head. Sweet malty aroma. Lots of Vienna malt and a bit of biscuity sweetness. Quite creamy and full-bodied texture. Low bitternes with a bit of diacetyl. Not super objectionable and it fades through the glass. Pretty solid. hophead75 (2012) - Largo, Florida, USA - OCT 2, 2006
GABF 06. Light amber. Aroma is lightly hoppy and some muted malt/grain. Taste is light malts and lightly hoppy, watery thin palate. I guess I can understand, since this is a 3.2 % beer. iratherbe (255) - Marlton, New Jersey, USA - NOV 3, 2004
I do enjoy a good Vienna style. Can’t say this is one of them. In fairness I was a little under the weather with this tasting, but none the less did not note anything of substance to remark on other than just a plain & thin offering. scoobyluv (511) - Asheville, North Carolina, USA - SEP 6, 2004
medium amber. suprisingly hoppy nose with a smooth hoppy taste. this can’t be a lager. it’s more like an ipa in lager clothing. DomiNate (123) - Boise, Idaho, USA - JUN 6, 2004
2004 NABA Festival: Clear, light color. Fruity smell. Little citrus, but hardly any taste.
