Aroma is malts and fruit/fruit bubblegum. The flavor is fruit/fruit bubblegum, toasted malts and a slightly dry/bitter finish. scoobyluv (511) - Asheville, North Carolina, USA - SEP 6, 2004
medium amber. suprisingly hoppy nose with a smooth hoppy taste. this can’t be a lager. it’s more like an ipa in lager clothing. Kinz (3786) - Glen Allen, Virginia, USA - MAR 29, 2014
Draft at Squatter’s SLC. Poured a clear medium brownish red, with a slight head. Aroma was toasty malt. Flavor matched. Clean, simple, refreshing. Light bodied. Hops were present as countering bitterness, but that is all they were there for. A very nicely executed Vienna, but ultimately for no good reason, it wasn’t doing much for me either. Probably a mood thing, as this was well done, and a style I sometimes enjoy. BückDich (5464) - McCall, Idaho, USA - JUL 20, 2003
A very straight forward lager. Notes of hops and nuts in the aroma, a balanced flavor and a clean finish. This would be my lager of choice in Utah, go 3.2% alcohol laws, I could drink 30 of these! deyholla (11486) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - DEC 30, 2015
On tap at Squatters airport. Pours a clear Amber with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has noted of grain supported by straw and a hint of grass. Flavor has grains and straw with a bit of hay underlying.

Nice caramel flavour. A bit watery, but other than that well-made. JoeMcPhee (9426) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 14, 2007
Tap at the downtown location SLC. Copper coloured brew with a thin white head. Sweet malty aroma. Lots of Vienna malt and a bit of biscuity sweetness. Quite creamy and full-bodied texture. Low bitternes with a bit of diacetyl. Not super objectionable and it fades through the glass. Pretty solid. Aubrey (3516) - Bellingham, Washington, USA - OCT 17, 2009
Deep amber with a nice head. Soft on the tongue. Low to medium carbonation. Toasty malts had a gentle sweetness, with a hint of faint toffee. Slight sourness melded well with the bitterness. Grassy and lemony finish. Not too shabby. oldrtybastrd (5002) - Fort Walton Beach, Florida, USA - APR 12, 2010
Pours a nice reddish orange color. Aromas of nice citrus/grapefruit hops and sweet malts. Flavor starts nice crisp bitter hop and then mellows to a nice malt.

Draft Flight 12/01 (Brewpub-SLC)-Pours a clear light amber with a decent head. Aroma of caramel and roasted malt. Taste of the same with faint toffee and bread. This light to medium bodied brew is not too shabby.
