Tasting at Savannah Bee at their Broughton St. location in Savannah. Pours a clear deep red that is translucent and allows light to pass trough. Pleasant aroma of honey and cherries. The flavor is honey with cherries, both tart and sweet. No problems.

Bottle shared at Chrisso’s May 2014 tasting 25/05/2014. Thanks to our host Chris for this one. Rich red / amber coloured pour, quite viscous. Aroma is grapes, sherry, alcohol. Flavour is composed of cherry, hint of tart, sherry, warming alcohol. Some christmas spices, slightly musty. Palate is sticky and sweet, but the tartness cuts through. Good stuff.
