Draft at Graydons Crossing - pours a very pale yellow . Herbal ginger aroma . Taste is floral and sweet . Interesting .
Super clear, very light yellow. Nicely carbonated. Massive ginger honey nose. Sweet, spicy ginger. Light and refreshing. Really well made, balanced, honey ginger goodness. tchaos (428) - New York, USA - MAR 20, 2016
500ml bottle. Pours a fizzy, clear, light Amber. Aroma is ginger, honey, and botanicals. Taste is ginger-forward, but with medicinal/bitters notes. Long, ginger burn finish. High potential to be an amped-up ginger ale with honey, but severely misses the mark on the ginger ale aspect, which impacts the overall mead. gregwilsonstl (2499) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - JUN 22, 2015
Smells strong ginger, much more of a grown up flavor than the candy-ish ginger snap version. Tasted at St. Ambrose Meadery. shrubber85 (11390) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - JUL 27, 2014
Draft. Ginger and honey aroma. Golden yellow. Sweet honey-ginger flavor with light herbal finish. Smooth and tasty.
